Barton Carrolls — Hotel in Joliet

I decided after 20 years that I needed a new washing machine. When I started researching, I learned how things have changed. I decided on a particular model and was going to go to Abt's, but the model was out of stock. I went to Home Depot, same thing, out of stock. I went to Best Buy at 10:30 but found out they open at 11:00am. So I decided this was a sign and I needed to rethink the model I decided upon. I did an Internet search and found Barton Carrolls. What a hidden gem!!!!! I walked in and within 30 minutes I had a new washing machine. I decided on a HotPoint 3.8 Cu ft with a steel drum....perfect for me. And it has an option to either use the sensor for the water height or manually do it yourself. The salesman, Mike, was very knowledgeable. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I’m so sick and tired of having to deal with such incompetent men at this business. We bout the speed queen washer and dryer (not the bottom of the line) not sure if it’s the top either. We have asked them several times to come and take a look at the washer as it leaves stains from detergent, softener and beads and what not. They tell me to not use it? What? I don’t do laundry for it to not get clean and smell good. If that is the case and they know it sucks why sell it!!! We even purchased the oxidation system to get the laundry cleaner what a joke this whole ordeal has been k er the past three years. I’m sick and tired of dealing with v with this problem and hundreds of dollars of ruined laundry from stains!!! Barton Carrolls is truly a hidden gem. I have been shopping there for years. Well over a decade. The prices are truly unbeatable. They are so knowledgeable. Ive bought multiple mattresses for different people. Also, finding a place that is willing to come out and install your new washer and dryer is almost impossible right now. My friend was having a hard time finding a place so I refered him and told him to come here and after he bought his new washer and dryer, they came out and delivered it and installed it for him.
