Usually buy from here, thought I had a good rapport with the manager but this time I spent more than usual as I was buying for other's also. Got back to work and noticed that I was missing the sides, called the store where the manager insisted that I had my order correct, I didn't want to drive back, but made the time to do so, the same manager who previously seemed nice was rude as heck, and even asked if I could afford chicken, then she hung up on me. When I went to the store she was even more rude than she had been on the phone and she didn't offer to make it right, but demanded to know what I wanted and all I wanted was what I paid for and to not be talked to in such a disrespectful, dismissive way, especially since I never disrespected her. Manager you are soo freaking rude. I walked in a few times this month , the lady could barely understand English , I tried to tell her to take a few items off and then she mean mugged me and barely understood me , she tried charging me extra for 2 pieces of chicken a biscuit and fries she charged me over $16 for it , and that day it was very musty in the kitchen i didn’t even really have a appetite anymore … the next time same thing she tried to overprice two pieces of chicken and she was kind of rude I said have a good day it was just awkward silence .. Service was terrible! I waited over 45 minutes to get my food. I ordered through the drive thru and was told to park up front and someone would bring my food out to me. I waited 30 minutes and then I called to ask about my order. I was placed on hold and never got back to me. I decided to get back in the drive thru line and ask about my food. The person at the speaker was the manager “Aaliyah” and when I asked about it she was very rude and even said I might as well keep waiting since I was back in the line! I am appalled! All employees there were these young kids that seemed bothered that we are there. If you don’t like your job, why are YOU there?! Employers please watch out who you hire!
