While on vacation I stayed here. The front desk staff were super friendly and even gave advice on where to eat. I did stay at the hotel with my dogs as well and they do have a pet area. When we got into the room it did have a slight odor but nothing that made me need to switch rooms. The beds were comfortable. We did have some issues with the TV service there and I did talk to the front desk and it appears that the cable company was having some issue. It did resolve by the next day. I do feel that this hotel was pretty expensive at a little over $300 per night. Out of all my traveling this was the most expensive hotel and there was nothing extraordinary about it to make it worth the $300 per night. They do serve breakfast but it's just the same as all the other hotel chains that serve breakfast unfortunately. They always serve the basic eggs and sausage. Along with the waffle maker, bagels and cereal. It got really old over the four days we stayed there. It would be nice if they would switch up some of the breakfast items. They did serve scrambled eggs and on one day omelets which the omelets were gross. It would be nice to see something else served like potatoes or bacon. They do have signs up in the breakfast room to leave tips which I do not care for because part of the expense of this hotel does include breakfast so I do understand tipping is optional but I don't think you should be asking for tips. Breakfast is complimentary but also a reason people book at these hotels. The only issue I did have was one morning with the breakfast staff. The milk was not coming out of the container and I unscrewed the lid to see what was going on and it was covered with old dried milk. Someone next to me mentioned that obviously it hadn't been cleaned and the worker got offended and said she cleans it every single day and yanked the container away to clean it. Clearly it wasn't cleaned. She did not bring the milk container back and people were upset because they wanted milk for their cereal including myself. I ended up just having to toss my cereal because she never brought it back out. One of the days the sausage wasn't cooked all the way. Overall my stay was pleasant and I would...

Once we found out the flight was canceled I called the hotel and notified them unfortunately the very RUDE lady said we cant cancel, I told her we booked through capital one she didn't want to hear what I said and said no, so I hung up on her and called Capital one they quickly canceled and changed my reservations no problem. Next day we finally got a flight once we you to the hotel I was met with the same old Rude lady as she tried to have an attitude because I was able to cancel my reservations , and with her attitude she tried to say my card was declined. 1 my card never declines I always pay in full. 2 because I booked through Capital one there's no credit card on file so I'm not sure what she was trying to get at. But she was Rude as he'll especially after dealing with flight delays, and flight canceled. Needless to say I won't be booking again here as that lady need a attitude adjustment and looking at the reviews I aint the only one shes Rude to. Someone might need to look for a new job if she dont like talking to people.
So after Best Western responded clearly w the reviews they dont care there front desk lady needs a attitude adjustment or to find another employment. Like I said I went ahead and cancelled through capital one since I booked my reservations with them, my problem is she didn't wanna hear that I cant cancel and she went and tried to charge the card on file only when booking through capital one they use a online card info themselves, so basically she tried to charge what card was on file even after calling and giving her my info. I will never book with you guys again and will let everyone know until you have the front desk...
