I had the worst experience at this location tonight. It’s unfortunate because usually me and my boyfriend have a good experience at this store. USUALLY we have decent cashiers who treat us kindly and at the very least treat us with respect. Tonight was sadly a different story. There were seemingly only two lanes open and a closed self checkout. The first cashier we see is busy with another guest so we go to the next open one. The cashier (old with long curly white hair) at this lane is counting money and talking to her friend complaining about how she can’t wait to “get the hell out of here” and just sitting there taking her sweet time counting and talking. So we were hesitant to approach. My boyfriend verbally asks “are you available to check us out?” She makes eye contact with him and proceeds to CONTINUE TALKING TO HER FRIEND!! AND THEN when we finally decide to walk away this woman has the audacity to ask us “can I help you guys with something?” In a horrible disrespectful tone. She then tells the person behind us to get in front of us when we hesitated and started ringing her up. Literally we paused for a second because we were so confused and she just completely passed over us and invited the girl who had just walked up and wasn’t sitting here waiting to start checking out. Incredibly disrespectful. So we just went to the other line. That cashier had some sense of decency and was kind. I cannot even describe how unbelievably angry this has made me. Completely just unacceptable. I work in customer service and would never be caught dead talking to a customer this way. When we were just patiently waiting confused as to why we were being ignored. I hope this lady gets fired or at the very least she isnt trusted to interact with customers. I honestly will probably take a break from this store because I have social anxiety and interactions like this make it hard for me. Sad because I love this store. One bad customer service representative can bring the whole store down. I hope her supervisors...
Read moreI tried to use the bathroom on FEb 09 at 9:35 pm at the evergreen super one. The bathroom was locked. I approached the long haired older female cashier, the only cashier up front and told her the bathrooms were locked and that I had a medically disability and showed her my medical ID bracelet. (I developed diabetes insipidus which causes my brain to not send my kidneys vasopressin after a brain surgery. It causes excessive thirst and urination. The brain tumor is service connected from my time in Iraq around the poisoness burn pits where I served as military police.) She said I’m sorry I can’t help you. I told her I would have to go in the parking lot because I could not hold it. She shrugged. Humiliating. No full grown man wants to have to use the bathroom in a situation where someone might see. It’s inappropriate, as is telling someone they can’t use the bathroom.
So instead of letting someone with a medical disability, with a medical ID bracelet use the bathroom you would rather have them expose themselves in a parking lot. I did not have the keys to my wife’s vehicle either because my wife had them and was in the back of the store. I would not have made it back to her. So nothing to block me as there were vehicles all around. I felt ashamed.
After I told my wife about it she approached the manager to complain and talked with her. Then the manager tried to unlock the bathroom. I said I already went. The manager said why didn’t you ask for a manager…
My question is why didn’t your employee offer to get a manager or have any training on people having disabilities or even tell me there was a manager around. For all I knew that cashier was a manager. Not to mention the manager was rude, the cashier could care less. I did not ask for a disability like this nor can I predict when stores choose to lock their bathroom doors. If someone has a medically ID bracelet or a disability maybe do the right thing and help them. Ask yourself how you would like to be treated if the roles...
Read moreAwesome place but may be a little pricey on some stuff but not too bad. Got some great deals a few days ago on laundry detergent. We moved up here from polson and my god it is a blast to be able to buy lottery tickets now since were off that boring and worthless rez of poslon. No more driving over a hour away to buy a freaking lottery ticket lol. What makes it even better is they have a self use machine for everything lottery to do it yourself. That makes it easier and more speedy. Love that machine. It gets many uses from me through out the month. They also as I just learned last night, they sale gift cards for PLAYSTATION, XBOX, apple store and google play among many other store gift cards as well. No longer wasting gas and long drives across town to bestbuy or walmart for that which is a blessing to not have to do since we live near the evergreen area about a few miles away from this super 1 and not having to drive through all the heavy traffic all the time to buy a playstation card from walmart or other places far away. The best part of this store is it is 24 hrs. That hands down is the best part for us. Super 1 in polson...
