Agave Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Montana

I have been here several times before and usually always get the same male server, the taller man probably in his late 20’s early 30’s. I haven’t been here for a while but tonight my boyfriend and myself decided to treat ourselves to dinner. When we got there we were seated right away and it was shaping up to be a good diner. Until our server came, I can’t be positive of course but I’m pretty sure Agave needs to be drug testing for the crystal stuff based on how our server was acting compared to all the other times I have been there. We order our drinks and it took twenty minutes for him to bring back my boyfriend Mt Dew and he left. 20 minutes later he came back again and couldn’t read his own hand writing for my drink. We ordered our food and we watched people come and go for a good hour and our food still hadn’t arrived. We told them to just box up our food before it comes so we can go home. When we finally were able to get someone’s attention after being ignored multiple times. 10 minutes later they finally brought our food out, that was clearly under heat lamps for a while. If I could give them a zero I would I hope if that is the case about our server that he gets the treatment he needs but we...

Wokeup in North Carolina and took a couple of plane rides to end up at Kalispell and settled in and asked my daughter to pick a place to eat for us ... Ending the day here at Agave was an excellent choice ... Welcomed and seated and noticed a pretty good crowd and couldn't help but smile and feel great and the atmosphere and people were very happy. The complimentary chips and salsa came and the salsa is spicy but not too spicy and just the way I love it. The menu choices were plentiful and the pictures are great of many selections and it made us all thirsty and my son and daughter started ordering drinks! Huckleberry Lemonade might have been the name of my sons drink and he bragged about how tasty it was. (My son is a sommelier and picky cuss when it comes to about everything but for him to continue to talk about the drinks being great is unusual for him.) He also stated it was very strong on the alcohol which usually is a turnoff for him but in this case guess the Huckleberry wins! Oh well my daughter is a vegetarian and she loved the food. I had a shrimp cocktail and it came with a platter of condiments and my experience was wonderful! We definitely recommend Agave for Mexican food experience...

I have to say just cause the rest of the world treats people like they are nothing doesn't mean you should!! I take my family there for birthdays, special occasions, and usually just because it's Saturday! We spend alot if money there. Almost $300 a visit at least 3x a month at the very least!! And we ordered food today from you and it looked like a freakin disgrace! You treated my son like he was he was nothing. Then you tried to assure him that the food would be good! When it looked like you took it off of another customers plate the burritos was barely filled with anything and the unfolded half had a bunch of sour cream and guacamole it was a damn disgrace. Then your employee had the nerve to say I don't know man I just work here? So no pride , no care, and not one of you gives a damn. You just lost this family's money, and more than likely you don't give a shit!! But never mess with a person's food what disgrace!! I will tell the rest of my family and friends to never go to that place again! We as a people take pride in who we are and what we do apparently you lost that...
