Best Western Kernersville — Hotel in Kernersville

What a wonderful place to stay! We stayed overnight and were able to check in a little before 3 since our room was ready. Very comfortable beds and the entire hotel always smelled freshly cleaned. The pool was large and welcoming on a hot summer's day. Plenty of towels and soaps if you forgot yours. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at the big breakfast they offer. Ended up booking this hotel last minute for a travel baseball tournament. Was told the room had 2 queen beds but they were full size beds instead. Rooms come with an absolutely HORRIBLE smell. Carpets in the rooms were nasty, had mold growing on the walls in the bathroom. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. My son enjoyed the pool and we both enjoyed the free continental breakfast. The breakfast area was very clean, had a great food selection and the workers who did the breakfast...

I hate to share this review after staying here so many times for work but tonight I had to cancel reservation as there were guests leaving due to flea infestation. Im grateful to a couple that stopped me on the way in, showed me fleas on their luggage as they were trying to leave.
