Was an amazing experience. Had read some reviews. Was kinda skeptical. Walked in and told immediately Dave was on his way to help us out. Thought oh boy here we go. Dave was amazing. Perfect salesman. Very professional and zero pressure whatsoever. Balanced himself perfectly on being there to help us but giving us our freedom to browse around and not feel pressured. Told him what we had researched and what we had liked so far and within 5 min he had us the perfect setup. We were actually sold and had found something so much better and such a fair price compared to all the other shopping we did within 10 min of being in the store. We actually ended up spending a couple more hours just enjoying the peacefulness and checking everything out. Then we went to pay and had awesome interactions with the lady ending the transaction. Was actually hilarious. We went to “say goodbye” to the couch we just got and it was already gone because they had loaded it up. Ended up buying one more piece of the collection solely because of the interaction we had with Dave and the other girl that closed us out. I hate buying stuff but can’t wait to come back and deal with them again. Well done. 100/10 for Dave. (I don’t even want to say how fast it was delivered because it would be unfair to expect how amazing this went but all I will say is it’s been delivered and was the best delivery service we’ve ever experienced and those guys were top notch. Read moreLoved shopping at Good's. Dave was a great sales associate, willing to spent time looking at our room planner and types of furniture styles we liked.
Instead of wandering throughout the entire store sitting on all kinds of sofas and chairs and getting terribly confused, as we did at other stores; Dave identified approximately 8 to 10 sofas that he thought would be closest to what we wanted. Everyone he selected were exactly what we liked.
We didn't leave the store tired or exhausted and confused, as we did in other stores. Instead we went home with some swatches to see how they worked in our home. A couple weeks later, we returned and spent some additional time just sitting on the sofa and chairs we had selected and determined exactly what we wanted. And, placed the order.
We will be returning to Good's after our furniture is delivered to select new tables to go with our furniture.
It was so wonderful to have a sales associate who was not high pressure for us to buy, had patience with us as we worked through our purchase, and knew his products well enough that it helped us be excited and happy to place our order.

Read moreAlthough the service was really good and there is a huge selection, I had a few major problems with Good's. First, the sales associate hadn't marked one of my items correctly (I had asked for two of one item and not just one), and when she updated the price she moved the tax amount over incorrectly. I didn't find out till after the order was placed that I owed an extra $500. I understand that mistakes are made but that was a very frustrating thing to find out and they didn't do anything to remedy it. Also one of my pieces was damaged and while it was very easy to call them and have them get a new piece ordered, trying to schedule a time for the drop-off was difficult. So while this is a great place if you need a large selection, and their customer service is very responsive, just make sure everything is correct on your order form and be prepared to wait awhile to get your items scheduled for delivery.
Update: pretty much immediately after I left my review I got a very nice call from their customer service. They were very apologetic and even offered a $100 gift card. I was impressed with how they're so focused on learning and getting better. It sounds like my experience was probably unusual and I would be willing to give them...
