Regency Inn — Hotel in Knoxville

Would say less than one star, unless you are looking to get high and have a chance of being there for the more than weekly police raids for dealers, users, and gross cheap druggie hookers. It would be 5 star location however, if you are in to all the previously mentioned features. The location is great to, if you are looking for illegal activities, or just enjoy people watching, random drug deals, high people all around, and random violence usually with guns. Severe bedbug problem. The owner was willing to tent us 4 nights for $160 but both rooms were crawling with bedbugs. It was as if the mattresses were stuffed with them. He didn't seem concerned. Bedbugs can transmit aids and hepatitis. I'm sure within the hour he just rented to someone else. Other than that this place is falling...
