The Owners of this business are amazing, and I want nothing more than to support them and pray that they succeed. However, your wait time, bell not working, not checking the Window for customers (especially when I ordered at 3:45, and it's now 4:25), is reckless to say the least. Then I still had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes, to receive my food. Almost 5:00 before, I left. Please get a manager in there to manage your business. If the folks you have working, would rather stand and play with a cell phone, get someone else to work, who wants to be there. There was just NO EXCUSE for yesterday. No reason I had to wait for my food, that was ready, because no one was checking the window really? And yes the fries were very cold. The burger was delicious. I have seen cars drive off, due to no one to take their order. Ask yourself "what can I do to enhance my customers experience"? Your food is delicious. Your service sucks. When I looked at your neighbors restaurant (McDonald's), lines were backed up from the street, ask what are they doing that you/employees are not doing. They are paying attention to the needs of their customers. There is not ONE REASON, that someone should not have been at that window. Her excuse was for me to RING THE BELL, ( I rang it 10 times and knocked on the window and attempted to go through the front door),WHICH SHE FOUND OUT THE BELL DID NOT WORK. Price on menu was not representative correct menu proces. Ordered a combo on the menu that clearly states that it includes fries, wings, burger and drink and upon waiting for 40 minutes for a single meal was told that fries were not included in the meal. They appear to have no way of notifying customers when their order is complete, as a result, your order could be done for a long time and result in you getting cold food. Drive though requires that you memorize your order and drive to the window to order said order die to no speaker system. When we ordered our wings we ordered 20. When we got them the wings had little to no meat on them and when i asked for a refund she told me they don’t do refunds and that they have small medium and large wings. Never heard that a day in my life. One wing equaled 3 wings when it came to how much meat was on them. It was mainly bone damn near. Would not recommend the wings AT ALL….especially when we spent $30 on our entire order. You could go to pizza hut and get their wings for cheaper and they’d taste a lot better if that helps.
