I am building a house in this area of town and decided to buy my guys some Little Caesars for the 10th time in a month when the guys had some complaints about the food. I took the complaints to the store and here is the original complaint and the result.
The pizza has less sauce or cheese than any other Little Caesars in town. They also put less cheese and sauce than what is stipulated by Little Caesars corporate. (Source is current employee). The managers explained that since nobody else complains and they sell plenty of pizza, they see no need to change.
I asked for them to put the right amount of cheese and sauce and they told me that they would "have" to charge me. I asked why since it is what is supposed to be on the pizza anyway and they said because it is "more than what is normally put on the pizza even though it is less than what is "recommended" by the training materials".
I have never been so disgusted with a Little Caesars in my life. I know that it is sold as the cheapest and non abashedly lowest grade in town but I should expect to get at least the recommended minimums (Set by Corporate rules) for the sauce and cheese on my pizza no matter what location I buy it at.
I know they will continue to be in business because they operate on Magnolia and in the highest crime area of Magnolia and sell to the poorest people in Knoxville. However, they should still take pride in their pizza and make it (at least) according to the portions mandated. Just because they sell to the poorest in Knoxville does not mean they should get away with selling the worst pizza one can ever buy from a Little Caesars.
Also.....I have never been asked to pay...EVER...for extra sauce...EVER...until was a potential customer of this horrible excuse for a Little Caesars. Again. I have never been asked by ANY pizza place in America (and I get around) to pay for extra sauce.

Read moreI will NEVER go back to this store. Worst service have ever had. I had mistakenly ordered a pizza from another store thinking I had ordered from the store on Magnolia. I asked them to go ahead and putmy order in with them since I was already there and I'd cancel with the other store on Kingston Pike. The "manager" said you'll still have to pay for it since you paid the other store. I told her I understood just place the order. She said it would take about 10 minutes. I then tried to call the other store and no one picked up after 15 minutes. By this time, I expected them to tell me the order was ready. When I asked her about it, she said it was never placed. I had to pay for it. I told her again, I understand that I need to pay for it at their store. I asked if it was ready and she said no, the order was never placed because I didn't pay for it. I have never had to pre-pay when I walked in to place an order. If she had said that you need to PRE-PAY, I would have. She gave me attitude and said "I told you you had to pay for it". Again, never saying pre-pay. I was so frustrated with their attitude and having sat there for 15 minutes while listening to the girl at the counter throw around F-Bombs to her friend who was standing there. I finally gave I and said never mind, I'm leaving. So the manager yells out Good, Get Out. Worst customer service I have ever had. This Manager obviously didn't care to sell at her location or try to get new customers. I told her I'd be leaving a bad review and she just laughed and said go ahead.
So, we went down the road and pulled up outside to Pizza Palace. Ordered a pizza without even leaving our vehicle or PRE-PAYING and it was brought right to us in just a few minutes. And with great...
Read moreI wish you could give negative stars because this place would get -5 stars!!! Every time I come to this location its a bad experience. Last time I waited for almost an hour in drive thru and never got to even put my order in drive off and ordered online for delivery never received my order and had to wait almost 2 weeks just to get my money refunded to me. And today I decided to give them another chance... BIG MISTAKE i set in drive thru for at least 20 minutes to place my order and after telling them what I wanted they never said anything wouldn't answer when I asked if they heard me waited another 10 minutes for him to come back on the speaker to say can you repeat that order please... SMH then after repeating it again set in line for another 25-30 minutes to get to the window (the was only 1 car in front of me) get to the to saywindow needlessand nobody comes to collect my money for a good 10 minutes while they all just stand around talking and I had to rering my order up and kept asking over and over what I wanted have never had a good visit at this location and I will not ever...
