Its our Islands Favorite Party, Family Gathering Place, with BBQ pits at each site with tables. The pristine water has beautiful deep blues and greens, as our sand is clean & golden. Porpoises visit often, well, actually they are really Spinner Dolphins. Don't Bring your Dogs, cos someone has already ruined it for Lanaians... Thank you. Our Beach has great amenities: open Showers and Two Bathrooms one in the middle and one closer to the Manele Bay Hotel. The Parking Lot is spacious and circles around one side to the other. Locals camp and fish and BBQ very often if not, daily. Trilogy Excursions has the middle left side of the beach during the premium part of the day (8 or 10 til -2ish). their are plenty, and I mean alot of Park bench/tables, since their are Crowds of visitors, off-island groups and tons of parties/camping families during high vacation times. It is a beautiful beach spread about 1/4 mi, or no more than that is the only beach on a Paved Road access. Be careful during Big surf, and watch the under tow during off side currents. ASK if you don't know, ... their are Beach Rangers now who focus on upkeep of grounds maintenance, order, and rules& regulations on camping permits and controlling site...

Heaven...or close to it on earth. This paradise is located on Lanai'i. It is peaceful and not crowded. The water is gorgeous and a different hue of blue than that of Maui and the views are incredible. The beach has a grassy area with grills and tables. A nice blend of families, young kids and adults, were enjoying Hulopo'e when I visited. While there I learned that Lanai'i and beaches like Hulopo'e are slowly becoming inaccessible, even to locals, due to the uber-rich who "own" the island. There have been attempts to make Lanai'i, "a playground for the super rich." If that is true 1. That is sad and shameful and 2. Hurry and visit before you are shut out because your net worth...

Great beach to relax and enjoy the water and sun. Lots of good shaded areas with benches and tables. Beach is mainly frequented by the day visitors from Maui and the nearby Four Seaons hotel guest. It's almost a hangout place for the local community. There's a nice secluded area where you can see some nice reef fishes and take a nice deep without the strong waves. Facilities at the park is good. It's is about a 10 min walk to the harbour area for the ferry to Maui. Do be careful that the currents here are strong support my certain...

Spent three hours at this beach and the facilities like the bathrooms and picnic tables were very nice. The bay is a good snorkeling spot and one of the few places where I saw an eel. The waves are gigantic with the largest waves being taller than twice my height. The current is also strong swimming to the reef is difficult without fins so make sure to bring a pair. This beach is excellent for people who enjoy being ruthlessly pummeled by the waves and snorkeling.

Nice public beach with tables and trees for stringing hammocks up, very nice public bathroom, very pretty setting and soft sandy beach but strong surf and tide, water is a bit murky with too much suspended sand to be good for snorkeling, tidal pools are fun to explore (look but don't touch the wildlife). Just minutes from harbor.

Amazing beach (sandy part not shown well in the pictures) and great snorkeling! It wasn't very crowed when we were there, so we were able to easily snag a table. We were a bit un-prepared when it came to how long we were on the island and not bringing a cooler with drinks and snacks. We'll know to do that better next time!
