This place can be hit and miss. Either you get pretty good service or you get terrible service. I ordered on the Burger King app and I selected to pick up my order at the drive-thru window. I told the lady on the speaker that I was picking up my order from the Burger King app and I told her my name. She responds to me that I need to come into the restaurant to pick up my order. Now, occasionally I do deliveries through Doordash so I understand that if you're picking up a doordash order a lot of restaurants require that you come into the restaurant to pick up the order. HOWEVER, I purposely said it was my order that I was picking up through the Burger King app and told her my name so that there would not be any confusion. I'm guessing that she was either confused or incompetent or both. There were three cars in front of me, so luckily there was no car behind me so I backed up and left the drive-thru lane and went inside. I told the first worker that I saw that was at the register I was picking up my order from the Burger King app, then I asked her and the lady at the drive-thru window why did I have to come into the restaurant to pick up MY order that I ordered through the Burger King app when I picked the option to pick up my order through the drive-thru? The lady at the register just shrugged her shoulders. The drive-thru window lady told me that that was their policy. I said that makes no sense because the Burger King app gives you the option to either come in or pick up your order through the drive-thru and that's the option I picked, the drive-thru. Instead of giving what would usually be considered a good customer service reply or a de-escalation comment showing understanding, she just deflects and said "I don't make the apps". Now, I would understand if she thought I was picking up a Doordash or Ubereats order, then it that make sense. But I purposely told her Burger King app and it was my order. I have my 3-year-old daughter with me so it's really convenient to just use the drive-thru to pick up the order I pre-ordered on THEIR company app picking the option "Drive-thru" that THEY have as an option.

Read moreI just went through the drive-thru just few minutes ago i ordered two whoppers no ketchup no mayonnaise and a small frie and also ask if they head shakes tonight and the women said no then asked her if they ever have shake and she got very rude and said there on the menu so yes we do so iasked he when hey sell them and she told me thatthe have them all of the time so i told her that every time i trie to order one they dont have them i maid a mistake about which i was just there which said yesterday and she said she was there yesterday and they had shakes so she said i was lying but i was there tuesday evening and ttold me they dont have shakes for some reason they never have them right now they have 1dollar shakes but ihave never been able to get a shake there except for the first month they opened and also there reciept machine in the drive thru has supposedly been broken foat least a month but i gave a feeling that it is probably just out of paper but im not sureby the way the two whoper i ordered had ketchup on them it had alot of ketchup i know she dud that on purpose because she told me to pullup out of the drive thru lane and there wasnt any car a all behind us and it was a goo7 minute before someone else even tried to order at the drive thru and i do sign languange and read lipsso i know what she told the girl makeing the sandwichs who ever owns that burger king better do something or there going to end lossing there bussiness...
Read moreBeen here twice. The young lady who works the drive through is very rude. I did not her her name but she has red hair. On 2 occasions she was extremely rude. The first time she was rude on the intercom and extremely short when we inquired about the veggie burger. She then held up the line by laughing and talking to what appeared to friends in the car in front of us. The hold up was about 5 minutes die to her conversations. On the second occasion which was Friday March 8th the experience was awful. There were no cars when i pulled up to the drive through. The announcer said one moment. I waited several moments at the speaker for no one to come back on. I became frustrated and drove to the window. No one was at the window. Then the same lady that i mentioned previously walked from the back. I asked for the funnel cake fries and she rudely responded “ we don’t got no more”. This new Burger King should serve as an enhancement to the community in which I live. It saddens me to see the poor customer service that I have experienced here. I hope it improves.
