This is my third time coming here. I don't go to Popeyes all the time. It's probably like 2 times a year. My food has never been ready. It's been an hour since I ordered online. I checked one of my bags, and it's missing a piece of chicken of out the 24 I ordered, and their large fries for family meal is missing a lot of fries. I was told to come pull to the side so i can talk to a manager. I dont need that, though. I wouldn't come back through the drive-thru while waiting on the other bag just to lie. The box is pretty much empty. I had an issue with my chicken before the whole thing was missing. I didn't get the second container. But that time, the person at the window gave me a free pop from making a mistake on my order. Also, the speaker isn't working right now. There are two pieces of paper with poorly written words explained to order at the window. I wear glasses. I couldn't see it until I was next to it, but they still got their point across. I hate spending money on restaurants' food, but I did bc my kids asked me to. I rarely eat out. I know it's not their fault with what I'm about to say, but I've been outside since 4am and worked. My job is far, and so is my kids' daycare. My kids are sleeping in the car. This is my third time circling back around in the drive thru. I can't get out of the car. I'm still waiting for my second order. It's been well over 40 mins. And to correct my first order. I'm really tired. I'm trying to be understanding bc I don't know what their going through in there, but it's truly inconvenient.
An hour later, I'm back in the drive thru she said someone picked up my order when it was ordered directly online. And to call DOORDASH, and I never used doordash. How would they know my order #? This is the saddest Popeyes restaurant that I have every been to!!! 1) the drive thru menu board/ speaker doesn't work. 2) they can only take cash. 3) "We don't have ANY napkins!!! I asked for extra napkins, they didn't have any? 4) there was actually a pretty lengthy list of "we don't haves" that the lady behind the plexiglass was very forthcoming about. The owner & management should be absolutely ashamed to 'serve' their customers in this manner. You could buy napkins at Walgreens, Walmart, Dollar Tree (or, $1.25 Tree). No hot sauce, no honey, no jelly... The drive thru service was so slow, I got out of the line and went inside, got my food & was back in my truck before the car that was in front of me made it to the window to order ( remember, the menu board/speaker doesn't work) It's a shame that this is the type of business that is done in the black communities. The attitude is, "Just give them anything." What's really sad though is, it says more about the character of the owners/ management that they are willing to put this kind of service out. A business owner of any kind should be absolutely embarrassed to have their establishment represented in this fashion. I hope that someone from corporate operations reaches out & that there is some type of coaching provided.

There were two people in front of me and waited till it got to my turn then showed my order information to the cashier and she asked me to wait. After I saw that about 8 people came after me all been served and gone. I approached her again she said wait and its over 25 minutes wait already and every person comes in served and gone so I asked her what is my order and if don't have it they should let me know to call the customer to inform her to cancel it. Then she was telling me that not responsible for online orders and only serving those walkings. In fact I found the the actions of the this person just wanted to keep me waiting for no reasons.
