I don't even know where to begin, everything about this experience was awful. To start, the ENTIRE hall way smelled like weed and did so, the entire time I was there. All day long. At first, I assumed it was the construction crews staying there (there were a lot from what I could tell), however, they were gone all day and only returned late in the evening and it was a constant odor of marijuana that never went away. I also noticed they have multiple guests that reside there permanently.Which Hey, In this economy, who can blame them? But bc of that I think their service towards the guests who only stay 2 or 3 nights, is completely overlooked bc they care more to cater to the people who live there, and just let them all lay around and get high all day at the expense of the customers they will probably never see again. The rooms were disgusting. The shower looked as if it had never been cleaned, there were bugs and crumbs all over the place. Had there been options to stay anywhere else, I would have. It felt like I was trapped in some sort of horror movie. The area feels unsafe and you can't even find solace in your room bc it is so nasty. I was able to clean my room but there was not much I could do about the bugs. Then, when trying to let management know about the issue, I realized why I seemed to be the only one who expected sanitary conditions. I met the Sunday night manager. I couldn't even give my complaint bc standing next to her made me feel like I was going to pass out. She smelled so terribly of body odor and Marijuana that I couldn't even stand next to her. She must not have cared about the rooms bc her standards for personal hygiene are severely lacking. She was not friendly and didn't seem to notice that the environment around her, that she works in daily and is supposed to be in charge of managing, was in an extremely deplorable state. I would honestly suggest sleeping in your vehicle or even a tent, outside, you'll probably see less bugs and there won't be a smelly lady, with a bad attitude behind the counter. I'd like to edit my review after seeing the response bc you claim this is not typical and this review (added photos) seems to point to the issues I stated. Not all of them but the lady smelling of marijuana. I'm confident it was the staff smoking or again the permanent tenants. It was a constant odor. Not just a one off occurrence. Pic of similar review added.

My daughter, mother and I stayed one night here last weekend and never again. Check in and the front desk clerk was probably the better part of our stay. The walk up the stairs to our room was filthy. The floors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a while. Upon entering our room, I noticed the floors hadn’t been vacuumed, looked in the bathroom and a roach was crawling around in the tub and trash on the floor behind the toilet, the shower head was also rusted and nasty. We checked the beds, that was the only thing in the room that looked clean, but when I sat on one of the beds, the other end of the bed came up… somehow the box springs were messed up and not level. The breakfast was a joke, we ended up next door at McDonalds. When I checked out I asked for some sort of discount because $110 for that was ridiculous. I was told the manager would be in on Monday and they would leave a detailed message about my stay for him. On Tuesday, I called to talk to the manager and he was not in but was told they would have him call me. Still nothing. I would not recommend this hotel at all! Not worth the money spent. Pictures will tell!

Let’s first start with the positive. The staff at the front desk is great. Very friendly, very quick and very helpful! The second floor is being renovated so there were sinks and wood and debris all outside the rooms. A couple of Spanish men working on it and spoke no English. I believe they are using the second floor for their own rooms while working or perhaps they live there and are also working. The room was fairly large, however, the white bedspread was stained in a few places, as were the carpets. I pulled down the fitted sheet to look to see if it had bedbugs and instead, it was also stained. There also was a little debris from when they worked on this room. The ceiling had places it was repaired from what looks like water leaks. We were staying just overnight so I was grossed out enough to just want to sleep in my clothes and not even shower. It really unnerved me.

After driving about 5 hours in the rain, with about 4 more hours to go, I decided to stop on the main strip of Hwy coming through Lake Village, Arkansas to rest. The weather was bad and with day light saving time and the bad weather, I felt it best to be safe and stop. The Days Inn outside visibility was acceptable. It was getting dark. I was exhausted. I did not check the ratings. Nor did I see another hotel nearby. I asked about the rating. Mannie (name he gave me when I asked his name) said rates don't mean anything. He joked about a previous customer. I asked for asked for a clean room. I believe he gave me a "truck driver's room" is what I told him at check out, after he apparently noticed my facial disappointment. I simply asked for my receipt.|The pillows, microwave, and dormitory refrigerator were probably the best things about the King Size bedroom. The bed coverlet was soiled. The sheets were not fresh. Smelt slept on odors left behind. I received a fresh, clean set, that I changed myself. No room service was available / at least not offered. I had to walk up to front desk to get sheets. The price was higher than listed for the room. Mannie the desk receptionist charged me his $90.00 senior AARP rate. So he said. (smh). I see it says $71.00.|This review would take up too much space to type out all the things. So, I took photos. As a matter of fact. I had a problem falling asleep because of the paper thin walls. Noise from upstairs, next door, and outside traffic 😑. So, I made a video of the things that kept showing up. I tried calling the front desk after changing my bed linen. Evidently, no one answers room calls after 7 p.m. I finally remembered that my earplugs was in my overnight bag. Thank God. ||Never again will I not take time to check reviews. If all the rooms are like this, who do the hotels answer to for code, health and safety requirements? I'm really embarrassed to say that I stayed the night at this...

Clean and larger enough for 6 people. breakfast included scrambled eggs, toast, oatmeal, make your own waffle, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. However, I booked 2 room 1 for my son & family that was coming from different state and they arrived am and was advise that there room was not be available until pm when I made the reservation for that day before so no matter what time he arrived I was told he would have a room and here is problem when we went to check in our room later that night we was told that my son room was already paid for in cash for two nights see problem and we got receipt stating such and I charger the other room for 1 night because I was told the swimming pool would be open and it was not had be down for months after I asked about the pool was the main reason for staying at this hotel. Upon check out the front desk called me down to discuss my son room there was some kind of computer error which I knew was true so I paid in cash for 1 night when they wanted me to pay for 2 night but did I not say they didn't have a room available for my son when he arrived and he sleep in car before our family reunion in Wilmot... I paid them down to dime in cash but on June 1 I had a credit card charger for 83.00 on my card and on May 30 a 83.00 credit when I tried several time to call the hotel about the matter no one answer phone when I got my credit card fraud department on the line with me and they called no answer from hotel need to say I order a new credit card because I know they was trying to paid for that 2 day that my son room. So I don't trust this company and I'm going to report this to better...
