The workers are fantastic, but the district manager is horrible. His name was John I think. He lied to me about phone prices, contract lengths and bill prices. He told me adding a tablet would be free and did not explain to me I would be signing a 2 year contract. When I went into the store to return the tablet I was told by 1 of employees that I only had 14 to bring it back and I'm now stuck in a 2 year contract. Which I didn't know since he did not give me any paperwork. I had the young lady call John. He was very rude about the situation, called me a liar and proceeded to hang up on me. I will not do anymore business with the store as long as he is involved. If you go to the Lake Village store for service make sure you work with one of the locals or you will be ripped off...
