I was just reading the reviews and frankly I am even more upset. There should be no positive review of this place unless they were paid to do it or work here. And it is always the same generic response from the “management” if you can call it that. I seen someone say “they have taken care of the pest problem” like a month ago? These must be the world’s most cunning roaches or something because they are every where. Definitely going to corporate or maybe even the health department over this. Whoever regulates lodging in the county has got to be notified since there are a plurality of reviews complaining of roaches for months and obviously they aren’t trying hard enough. I even included photos so you know I am not lying. Look at the time, I can’t even sleep after something was crawling on me in my bed. Seriously absurd. I was here for one night on a business trip. I checked in at 11pm and was just beat I refused to look for another room since i’m leaving in the morning. That is until I found a roach crawling on my pillow. Then I started looking around and saw baby german cockroaches crawling on the wall. Where there is babies there’s already an infestation. Not to mention the unsafe parking lot with a bunch of random people just hanging out all hours of the night. And no they are not quiet and polite at your window at 1am. If you stay here make sure to put all your bags into the freezer/refrigerator so the roaches don’t get a vacation at YOUR house next. I never thought the Miami ESA would be better than this but I am always surprised with South Florida.

hotel horror like nights of nightmares, the fire alarm goes off in your room at 3 in the morning and I don't smoke!! not one day several nights when complaining they respond that if they are smoking in the hotel rooms that is for not smoking your alarm goes off alarms around the one who is smoking what madness my stay was paid for by an institution and I could not change hotels, the light goes out several times a day, flukes everywhere, how do they accept pets dog shit everywhere since the owners do not pick it up how disgusting in the parking lot, they clean the rooms every 14 days total madness they tell them that 14 days have already passed and they respond that they do not clean the guests' rooms on weekends only those that are already unoccupied, the keys are deprogrammed every 3 days, and there is no one to complain to after 10 pm because they close the lobby good motel window that you have .. in short my list does not stop totally a nightmare of a stay, the police are called everyday lots of people with mental problems it's like a psychiatric hospital... truly terrifying experience.

Poor Conditions of the hotel. Serious Electrical issues. Fire alarm always activate itself without a reason. Hotel smell not good. Most rooms are in need of maintenance or urgent repairs. Door locks malfunctions. Front desk needs some repairs. Stove malfunctions. Stained bathtub and sink. Fridge old and rust on top of it. Elevators old needing a serious maintenance service. Some dangerous dog species are allowed in the hotel. Risk of being bitten. No kitchen things were provided but sell. Just a Few hangers provided. I had ti switch room due to seroius electric isuues from 321 to room 311 both with same electric problems and no compensation offered. Drawers of room locked permanently. Roaches in the room. Only staff was kind and quite nice. See pics added. Wont stay there any more. Hotel should be closed till is repaired or refurbished. No breadfast was provided on select suites hotel. No gym available and no pool. Its a mess. Location is good. Walkable. Parking space perfect. Staff kind.

I had the pleasure of staying at Extended Stay America Select Suites- Lake Worth Fla for an entire year, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at home. Over the course of my stay, I witnessed first hand dedication and hard work that each team member puts into ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience. Renaldo(Rey) from maintenance was absolutely exceptional throughout my stay, Rey was always quick to respond to any requests and made sure everything was in perfect working order. His kindness and attention to detail went above and beyond what I expected. No matter how big or small the task, Rey approached it with a smile and genuine care, making me feel truly valued as a long-term guest. His upbeat and friendly personality created a warm and welcoming environment that brightened my days and all the other guests. What stood out the most about Rey was his infectious positivity and constant smile. He was always in the best mood, no matter the situation, and his cheerful attitude made a lasting impact. Rey approached every task with a genuine happiness and care. The front desk staff Yolene, Belkis, Jenny, and Antonio were incredible. Yolene has a natural warmth that makes everyone feel welcome, and her ability to handle any situation with grace and professionalism made my stay worry-free. She consistently went out of her way to ensure that all my needs were met. Belkis is equally outstanding, with a friendly up best personality that made every interaction a pleasure. She was always ready to assist, offering helpful suggestions and solutions with a smile. Antonio was also fantastic, maintaining a high level of professional ism and attentiveness throughout my stay. Jenny, who was always kind and helpful. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist added to the overall great experience I had during my stay. Additionally, I'd like to acknowledge the previous manager Jay, who was an outstanding man and a true asset to this establishment. Jay was not only professional and knowledgeable but also had a genuine warmth and kindness that made a lasting impression. His leadership created a positive and supportive atmosphere that carried through even after his departure. Jay's dedication to guests satisfaction was evident in every interaction and his presence was greatly appreciated by both guests and staff. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Manager Steve, whose leadership sets the tone for this exceptional team, Steves professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction are unmatched. He was always approachable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everything ran smoothly, Steve's ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and staff made a lasting impact on me. His efforts to maintain high standards and address any concerns with care truly made my extended stay a wonderful experience. House keeping, Marlene, Doreen, Marie, yanick worked incredibly hard to keep the rooms pristine and welcoming. Everyday, they showed up with a smile and strong work ethic, taking great care in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything was in place whether it was regular cleaning or special requests, they never hesitated to go above and beyond. They were always prompt, courteous, and thorough, and their attention to detail was exceptional. They created a comfortable and clean environment where I can truly relax and feel at home. A big shout-out to the security team-Star and Cruz- who worked tirelessly to ensure the safety and security of the property. They were always vigilant, maintaining a strong and reassuring presence throughout my stay. Their commitment to keeping the promises gave me peace of mind for the entire year. The hotel itself was well- maintained, clean, and provided all the essentials I needed for a long-term stay. Thank you. Regard,...

This is a complete and honest review: all facts and no opinions.

Room/facilities: The pictures online are nice, but the rooms are trashy and roach-infested. When you leave, dust off your clothes to make sure your not taking roaches with you. The hot water doesn’t get hot (lukewarm at best), the TV and remotes never work, the ac/heat unit does not work. Surprisingly, beds were fairly comfortable. Although the air worked, FL has been fairly cool so at night you cant put heat on to warm up the room. The sink was stopped up on the 3 day there. I had to unclog it myself. The fire alarm goes off at least 2-3x a week. I guess people are smoking and vaping on property. The manager check your room weekly and instead of people people out thats smoking which you can smell, he allows them to stay. People just stop going outside. I would had for a actual fire because plenty people will not survice and the facility will have major lawsuits. Also, its a like a kennel in there. It’s nothing but dogs everywhere and dog poop/urine in the stairways and the property. When you outside the facility, it smells so bad like its fertilizer but its not. The vending machines was broke the entire time I was there. The washers/dryers was always broke. The back door was broke too so you have to walk to the front to get in. My room was right at the back. Good luck when you have groceries and coming from the laundry mat. Furthermore, Im pretty sure someone died at the hotel. It was a medical examiner at the facility with a bunch of police.

Staffing: If your staying longer than a few nights, you will never get your room clean. I was on a contract for 12-weeks and only time my room was clean from the company is when I threatened to call corporate. My contract got extended another 14-weeks and I deceided to leave and juat find somewhere else. I had to buy products and clean it on my own. Although, I dont mind, it’s a part of the duties of the hotel. They have 3 housekeepers to clean the entire facility. Everytime you request your room to be cleaned and fresh linen, they put your name on a list. When they do clean, the housekeeping ladies does a great job and they sweet but 3 people cant satisfy an entire building and do discharges and common areas. The short Caribbean woman with a curvy shape at the front desk and the taller black woman were both super nice and sweet, eventhough they know so much is messed up. The chubby white girl is fairly nice too but she be having an attitude sometimes. I guess she tired of everyone complaining and its nothing she can do about it. Now the manager, Jay, or whate er his name is, need training on customer service. He is extremely nasty and have the worst attitude than all the workers in the building build together. He is arrogent and, non-friendly, and non-ethical. He is the reason I chosed not to complete the remainder of the contract there. He is also the reason I told the account rep from my contracting company to not send no one else at this location. Four travel nurses was coming a month after me for 12-week contracts a each. I told them find somewhere else.

Location: Is great. Its close to everything, the highway, etc. Stores and shopping centers, etc are all within walking distance or a...

My girlfriend and I live in Central Florida and needed to a place to spend the night while we visited a friend. It took awhile to check-in and there was no sign, phone, and when I called the main line and eventually was transferred to the front desk, it rang until the voicemail picked up. Eventually the woman working the front desk walks up and doesn't offer a hi, hey, or my bad for waiting but goes right into asking if I had or was making a new reservation. I get having a bad night but if you don't like your job, apply for a new one instead of being okay just because it's familiar and pays the bills.

After we got our room key and went to up to the room, the hallways and common areas appeared to being maintained except the quiet large puddle of water I noticed coming from the laundry room. The elevator worked and sketch skipped enough once for us to never ride it again. Plus our room was next to the stairway door. When we got to the room and opened the door... it was clean, neat, and in an orderly fashion. The bathroom light was dim and didn't work but it was minor and we were only going to be there for a few hours anyway. Yes, I could have called the front desk but honestly, even you who's reading this review, do you think it would have gotten me anywhere to call the front desk at this point? :D LOL! I'm a veteran and light sleeper but I managed to get an almost typical night of sleep.

The BEST COMPLIMENT I can give for this establishment is for their housekeeper who cleaned my room (sorry didn't get your name) and Belkis (Front Desk Employee). I accidentally left property in the room that the housekeeper found while cleaning and turned into the front desk. I had contacted the hotel was connected to Belkis. I explain what I left behind in the hotel room and she told me the housekeeper had not finished from cleaning but that she would contact me and let me know if they find it. Belkis ended up contacting me a couple hours later and told me she received my property. She even held it for 3 days until it could be picked up.

I would also like to point out a MAJOR flaw in your staffing at this location. On Sunday AM, when I attempted to check-out at 0900, nobody was there, and the only sign available is the hours which show they don't open until 1000 on the weekends. How does the check-out time and clock-in time of your check-out person work together? I ended up having to call the number, get transferred and told to slide my room card underneath the wood and metal gate. Then to call the front desk at 1000 and tell them I checked out. It was extremely uncomfortable having to do that especially when I didn't know if I would even be able to get a hold of somebody if I wasn't there or miss a...
