Waterside Plaza — Local services in Palm Springs

This shopping center has the northeast corner of Florida Flamingo Road and 10th Avenue North. It's anchored by the Presidente Supermarket (which seems to have dropped the "E" on the front.

The one building is "C" shaped and surrounds the parking lot, including a Latin American restaurant, barber, Chinese, medical center, laundromat, nail salon, liquor store, Caribbean restaurant, seafood bar and grill and a church. There is a single outbuilding that is a Wendy's.

The parking lot is in good condition and is decently marked with lanes pointing to the entrance/exit on both roads. There is a traffic light at the intersection that makes it possible to cross both in the opposite direction. 10th Avenue North has an exit on I-95 so there's a decent...

I have been going to glanigans for ever the food and staff were always great. Today the bartender was our server and wow was she rude! I received burnt chicken wings and was told it was the seasoning . Sent order back same thing except one was cooked perfectly all other completely burnt. Manager came over and said that how they always come out . I explained I have been going there every Wed and showed him the 1 good wing and he said its probably because it's a flat and not a drum . Offered no apologies and was not trying to accommodate me or ask if I wanted anything else. I never thought I would say this but I will not be going back to the flanigans on 10th Ave...

It's a seedy little place, dirty, plenty of parking, location is good, there's a grocery store that doesn't know how to retrieve there carts, left out on the sidewalk, so you have to walk out into traffic to get to the entrance, exit is permanently closed. Sage Dental is in this plaza, didn't like it 6 years ago, hasn't changed, unprofessional! Charge $10 for covid fee, had no change for a $20. Made me go to to store to get change,...
