NOVEMBER 11TH WE ORDERED OUR FUNITURE AND WAS TOLD 4 WEEKS WHICH WAS AROUND MY BDAY 12.10 WE WAITED AND WAITED NOTHIMG FINALLY CALLED AND WAS TOLD BY RYCA THAT SHE SEE OUR PAPERWORK SAYS 4 TO 6 WKS WHICH TODAY WAS 12.23 & I SAID ITS 6 WKS TODAY SHE STATED NO THE 27TH IS BC ITS 4 TO 6 BUSINESS WKS(WHICH MADE NO SENSE) KEEP IN MIND I ONLY FOUND HER NAME BY CALLING BACK WHICH WHEN I ASK FOR HER NAME SHE RESPONDED WITH WHY? (AFTER SHE KNEW IT WAS ME THAT JUST CALLED) SO BASICLY I GOT NOWHERE A NOW I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH ADAM (MANAGER/OWNER) WHICH WAS RUDE TO ME WITH HIS TONE BC I ASKED FOR A REFUND (WHICH WE PAID CASH) BC THE SALES PERSON TOLD US A NEW DATE OF 1.12.24 THEN ADMA STATED SALES DOES NOT MMOW DATES AND OUT ITEMS ARE HERE BC THEY ARE UNLOADING THEM AS WE SPEAK & WE COULD COME GET THEM AND HE WILL REFUND US THE DELIVERY OR WE CAN WAIT I TOLD HIM I WILL GIVE HIM A CALL BACK WHICH I DID TODAY THE NEXT DAY AND YET AGAIN GOT THE RUN AROUND TO GET ANSWERS. FINALLY CALLED THE TAMPA LOCATION SPOKE TO A LADY THAT WAS VERY HELPFUL WHICH CALLED ADAM AND HE STATED THAT THE UNLOADERS SAID "WE JUST GOT INTO WORK GIVE US TIME" MIND YOU ADAM SAID HE TRUCKS WAS GETTING UNLOADED YESTERDAY. NOW THEY SAYING IF WANT TO PICKUP ON OUR OWN IT WILL BE READY IN 2 DAYS ON FRIDAY AND TODAY IS TUESDAY (NOT SURE IF THEY CAN COUNT AT THIS POINT)!! ALL I WILL SAY IS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A+ UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY!! PLEASE CK GOOGLE UNDER TAMPA AND LAKELAND LOCATION AS WELL AS BBB. AT THIS POINT I JUST WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK..... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE!! Customer service from everyone was great but Sam was amazing!!!!! 😍 Don't let what they have inside stop you because they have more in catalogs... My husband and I went to this store because I saw a certain sectional that I wanted. When we arrived we walked around for just a bit and the salesman named Moe approached us and asked if he could help us find anything. I told him which sectional I wanted to look at. He informed me that is was only in the other store on N. 98 and that if we wanted to go look he could still order it from his store. Moe left us alone to look around the store. He only approached to tell us information about the different furniture we were lingering at. We actually had a great time at this store, and to my amazement we found something completely different that I imagined for my TV room. Moe got us the deal that my Husband felt was appropriate, he loves to barter and deal, haha. We left and both felt it was not like any other experience we have ever had in a furniture store. We are over 70 years old so that is a lot of stores! Lol We just want everyone to know that Moe was wonderful and made the experience one that we will remember! Thanks Lakeland Furniture Outlet and Moe for making two old country folks happy! We will definitely go back and urge everyone to just go here...
