There’s always a wait at every location. But the wait for this location is just outrageous one time I tested it and it took 45 minutes total and there was only 2 cars in front of me who already ordered ! On top of that the few times I have been here, the employees are rude and love to rush and not worry about order accuracy, I’ve worked with food my whole life and businesses very similar to this one. Thank god I got out of the food industry because this location shows why it’s not even work the pay and the employees show it during customer interaction which is even worse for the owners rep. You love to charge for extra things I want so make sure I get it every time. Accuracy over speed. But don’t make every customer wait 20 minutes to even place their order which is what I’m expediting right now at 10:36pm the 15the of may 2020. Sad I have all this time to write SOME of the dislikes about this place. Another thing I think is funny is that you’re 24hrs. Your employees have all the outlet lighting off so that the business looks closed it’s been like this all week and kinda pathetic. Just goes to show that Florida business owners don’t know how to properly run an establishment. It’s sad really. But it’s also not that difficult I literally could have taken all these cars in front of me and behind me orders and make the food in the amount of time it’s taking for them to complete one order. Read moreI had a double steakburger with cheese meal and a regular Reese's shake (not chocolate). Both were as expected. The fries were perfectly cooked with a generous portion. I just wish french fries still tasted good after they cool down. 🫤
I love an "everything" burger, so added all the free toppings, including mistard relish. I happened to hear the counter person say "Do we have any mustard relish or are we out?" When this same person gave me my burger without saying anything about the relish, I asked if it was on the burger. She said "No, we're out." She really should have told me that straight out. One ding for customer service.
The staff were all very nice. I noticed a lot of oeders being walked out to cars after the window, so it seems that their drive-through window turnaround times are a bit slow.
ATMOSPHERE: There are no booths in the dining area. The aor smelled of stale grease, though I didn't taste anything "off" in the food. The fries DID have an extra flavor to them but that could have been the tallow rhey started using recently. The floor was grungy with many chipped tiles and looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. The floor wasn't any dirtier than the soles of my shoes so that wouldn't stop me from eating there as long as their health code inspections were acceptable. Tiles do become scratched up so that they stain easily. It just knocks a lot off of the atmosphere.
BOTTOM LINE: This location is currently more of a "greasy spoon" diner than a 50's throwback burger restaurant. Overall, it was no worse than I expected (I read the reviews before going). First of all the blond cashier in the window must have been in an awful mood because we asked for a triple steak burger in a combo knowing it doesn't originally come with a drink, after repeating ourselves 3 times she finally got it down that yes we want a drink and fries with that and then we added in that we wanted to add one of their special seasoning to the fries. The cashier was rude and said" well now I have to delete everything and put it through again, have to start over" with a rude tone. I let that go and then I ordered a guacamole burger combo. When we got to the window the cashier took my card and left with out a word other than the cost. we were sitting for maybe 5 minutes until the cook brought our food out. He was busy and just handed us the food without a word and left which was okay, but we sat at the window for maybe 15 minuets until the cashier came back angry and handed us our drinks saying " he can't even handle himself I have to do god damn everything " after she said that she just left and we drove away.I should of checked what they gave us for our burgers because when we got home our burgers were burnt and I had a garlic burger instead of a guacamole.
