What a nightmare. I will NEVER return to this place. Despite with their owners daughter’s claims, they do horrible work! This ring was brought to them to resize in early August - nothing else, just a resize.

The jeweler broke my ring and lost the baguettes on the side of the ring. Their jeweler Pam never bothered to call me to relay the fact the ring was broken! When I called and stopped, I was given multiple excuses as to what happened and what was taking place to correct it.

First excuse - we ordered the diamonds to replace and are just waiting for them to arrive next week.We will have it to you next week.

Second excuse - the diamonds arrived but we are still missing one, so it’s my fault but we will have it done need xt week.

Third excuse - I haven’t had time to work on it, it should be next week.

Fourth excuse - I can’t get to it as we are short staffed. It’ll be next week.

Fifth excuse - the baguettes are hard to place, I may need to send it someplace else.

Finally, today, over 2 months since dropping the ring off, I was told “My uncle said the diamonds just came in and it’ll be ready next week.”

I blew up, picked up my ring from this horror. They may be in business for over 70 years as the snarky owner’s daughter claimed, but not at because of her customer service.

She commented the poor work on resizing was not the finished product - and you can clearly see how horrible a job they did.

The worst part was the attitude that we were inconveniencing them by wanting this ring repaired and returned.

The diamonds - and I have to hope they gave me real diamonds - will now need to be taken to a reputable jeweler to reset.

This is the worst customer service ever. The topper was the daughter said that she refuses to pay for the work to correct the ring. She never offered to quickly fix it, only state I was badmouthing when speaking the truth on the situation. So see you in court - you broke it and refuse to fix it, you can pay for a legitimate jeweler to fix the shoddy work.

I would’ve given this a five star review the first day I was there.( which, is why you will see at the end of this review, why I changed it from a one to a five star review now), I came in several days prior to Christmas and they told me that the Monday after Christmas my locket would be ready. I was just getting a new bail and the class fixed that holds the lock it shut. It was my grandma’s and she had given it to my mom and I saw online that they had really good reviews and that they do specialty things. So I took it in there and now here we are middle of January and I drove over there to pick it up and no one could even find it took about 15 minutes and when they finally did find my piece, it wasn’t fixed. It was still in the envelope with a new bale, but the bale was not attached so I asked if they weren’t able to fix it or what was going on and they weren’t sure so they told me to wait for their call and they would find out why it hadn’t been fixed. That day just seemed very unorganized and the first day I was there it wasn’t like that. The lady asked me why I was there to pick it up at anyone called me and I told her no that no one had called but I was told that it would be ready three weeks ago so I didn’t think I needed to call. The guy just told me to come on in that following Monday after Christmas, but I wasn’t able to because I was on vacation so we’ll see how this goes and how they resolve this issue and if they resolve it reasonably and take care of the problem in the next few days I would revisit the review and give them more stars. A True Gem in Lakeland! I initially visited Foshee Jewelers to have my Howard Miller mantle clock repaired—they’re an authorized agent, and from the start, I was impressed. The clock technician took the time to really understand the issues I was having, explained the possible causes, and offered helpful insights I hadn’t heard before. He also gave me a few options, which made me feel involved and informed rather than rushed or upsold.

The repair took about a week and a half, and in the meantime, I mentioned an issue with a pendant on my chain that had been giving me trouble for years. I’d almost given up on it—but to my surprise, they were able to repair it the same day, quickly and perfectly. What I thought was unrepairable turned out to be easily fixable in the hands of professionals who knew what they were doing.

When I returned to pick up the clock (which is now working beautifully), I also brought in some gold and silver to sell, and that process was just as smooth and straightforward. The staff was always friendly, professional, and communicative at every step.
