Booked on the choices app. Drive 6 hrs and finally get there, and the lady there didn't have a clue, so I had to wait in my car for 30 mins on the regular lady to come back. So the child, yes child, working behind the desk now, is in the phone with who I assume is her parents, to get instructions. We finally get in the room, bring in our bags, and settle down. I pull the sheets back on one of the beds and think...my God, who was responsible for cleaning the beds. The sheets smelled clean, but we're horribly stained. Luckily the other bed sheets were ok, because I didn't want to move. About 20 mins later I go to the restroom, and raise the toilet seat...Yeah... yellow dried, what I can only imagine is urine, all under the seat. I couldn't take it anymore, so I ask for a refund and left. Would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Oh , and just another annoying fact....when I ask for a refund, she had to call, who I assume were her parents again, to figure out how...and they ask why I wanted a refund, so I explained to her about the sheets and toilet, which she relayed. BUT then, she started screaming in a foreign language, before hanging up. That pissed me off. It was very rude and...
Read moreI will not be staying here again for business. I asked for one of the advertised wood paneled rooms. Was given an accessibility room which I thought would be great because they are usually bigger and nicer. What I found was really old carpeting witch is also a tripping hazard. Unfinished electrical work. Stained mattress. The shower flooded more than half the bathroom. Unfinished drywall work. Two shower curtains because one of them was installed incorrectly and left that way. Ceiling fan in the bathroom didn’t work just made a high-pitched squealing sound so I turned it off so I didn’t catch the place on fire. Huge gap all the way around the door which let air in. Mold growing in the air conditioning/heater unit. Which I did not run so I was cold all night. I’m glad i shower quickly since I was rinsing out my hair and ran out of hot water. Which is sad seeing as I was the only person in that six room building. I hate to see if there was more guest here. Then I go to breakfast and it is definitely a continental offering, LOL. I didn’t eat anything due to the layers of dust sitting on all the appliances and the suspended TV hanging over all...

Therefore, that pretty much rules out a commute every day. So, the Econo Lodge has been a great solution to my problem.
And, As you can see... Since, I stayed there from Nov 6th, 2012 well into March 2013 then you can see that it is a very pleasant place to stay. I would recommend anyone visiting or needing extended residence in Lexington, TN to definitely give them a try.
