They have had our business for 7 years, always leave the place like we arrived if not cleaner. They don’t want you to use any of their grills or they are “ruined” can’t have any fun while staying here or it’s a big NO and you won’t be allowed back. Will blame you for ANY complications with their hot tub even if you didn’t use it. Don’t give these people your money. We have gave them thousands to be told we can’t stay anymore. God forbid you use WOOD to cook your food outside. Be sure to ask them permission to do anything beforehand or you will be charged and not allowed back. Terrible business. SAD. At least our son has had some great memories out of this… the ONLY positive. Don’t get me started on how rude and disrespectful the cleaning lady is, that only has to clean the bedding after we leave. The place is cleaner after we check out than when we arrive. Don’t go to the hot tub anytime after dark there is no lighting

Back story Me and 4 of my friends went there and we couldn’t even stay the whole night there is 2 “people” with dark hair and there is 7 other but you can’t see them you can feel a dark presents in that house it’s super dense and you can barely breath all your phone will die and tv will not work our speaker died 5 mins into us being there and it was fully charged and when we went to leave it turned on and the presents didn’t want us to leave at all

This property is completely neglected. Everything is dirty, broken, or worn out. The carpeting is torn and stained throughout. The entire cottage smells like mold. The well water has a horrible rusty smell that clings to everything. The outside decks are filthy and covered in leaves and cobwebs. there are cobwebs and dust inside too. There are holes in the dock big enough for your foot to fall through. The central air doesn’t work. The cottage is not cleaned between guests - the owners make this clear. We cut our trip short by one day because we couldn’t stand the disgusting...
