Goodland Florida Vacation Rental — Hotel in Marco Island

If you are thinking about booking one of these cottages… DO IT! We recently stayed here for a couple of days while visiting the Everglades and Big Cypress, and we were looking for a relaxing place to unwind after our adventures during the day and this was exactly that. I loved everything about our stay, from the beautiful waterfront location to the quiet, peaceful vibe of the island. We truly couldn’t have been happier.

Our host, Amanda, was top notch—she responded immediately to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage itself was spotless, well-stocked, and cozy, with all the comforts of home. And waking up each morning to those serene water views? Absolutely incredible.

Gorgeous and oh so peaceful. Our cottage was the 2 bedroom with a screened porch. (A must in the summer for me...mosquitos love me) Beautifully appointed and clean. Great kitchen with lots of pots, pans and kitchen gadgets. Amazing sunrise views and we were treated to a summer heat lightning storm and since you are away from the lights of more populated Marco, it was magical. Saw dolphins every day of our 4 day stay. Even though you are on the laidback teeny island of Goodland you are minutes to groceries and the beaches of Marco. We came in August so most of the restaurants/music venues on Goodland are closed for the summer, but I loved the peace and quiet vibe of the summertime. Will definitely stay...

We rented the three-bedroom house and it was awesome. It had a lot of living area for a group of 5 and we really enjoyed sitting on the back patio looking out at the water. We brought our jet skis and there is a boat ramp right up the street it was very convenient we grilled out on the patio in the evening, we were there during off-season so none of the restaurants were open but that was fine because the house was very equipped even had a few fishing poles.
