If you're looking for a place that combines charm, comfort, and impeccable service, look no further than Olde Marco Inn & Suites. I recently had the pleasure of staying here and was thoroughly impressed on every level; especially by the spotless cleanliness of the entire property, the incredible variety of dining options within walking distance, and the exceptional professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority at Olde Marco Inn. The grounds are immaculately maintained with lush landscaping, tidy walkways, and a serene, peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The entire property felt fresh, well-kept, and inviting. It's rare to find a hotel that not only meets but exceeds expectations in terms of hygiene, but Olde Marco Inn does exactly that.

Our suite was incredibly spacious and sparkling clean. Everything from the tile floors to the countertops, appliances, and linens felt freshly sanitized and meticulously cared for. The bedding was crisp and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with essentials, and even less obvious areas like the closets and under the furniture were perfectly clean. There was no dust, no lingering odors, just a bright, airy, and truly relaxing space that made us feel right at home.

The outdoor pool was another standout feature. It’s not only beautifully maintained but also impressively clean. The water was crystal clear, the pool deck was free of debris, and the surrounding seating areas were neatly arranged and sanitized regularly. Whether you’re taking a dip or just lounging poolside, it’s clear that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy a safe and pristine environment.

Food lovers will appreciate the convenient and diverse selection of restaurants on the premise. The property is nestled in an area full of charming local eateries, there are five of them in the property and many just a short walk away. Whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood, American and Italian cuisine, a casual café, or fine dining, there's something for every palate. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful in offering personal recommendations, complete with directions and even menus in some cases. We tried several spots based on their advice and were never disappointed.

Speaking of the staff, this is where Olde Marco Inn & Suites truly shines. Every employee we encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to assist. From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. They were quick to offer help, answer questions, and ensure that every aspect of our experience was top-notch. That kind of consistent courtesy and attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated.

In summary, Olde Marco Inn & Suites is a shining example of what a boutique hotel should be. It offers clean, comfortable accommodations in a peaceful setting with the added bonuses of a pristine pool, an excellent location with great dining options, and a staff that treats you like family. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, well cared for, and eager to return. Highly...

I am completely outraged. I have been dealing with this for over 3 weeks and still do not have a refund as the lady told me or emailed further that this was reported to the state, and BBB and they have not responded to them yet Collier county is getting involved as well. The room was nowhere near what the pictures were shown. I spent almost 2000 dollars on 2 nights in a cockroach room!! the beds were broken with fecal stains from the roaches kitchen and bathrooms need a lot done, hotel 6 has better accommodations than this. I just wanted a quick getaway with my wife and it was destroyed I was so embarrassed upset and outraged. I live in Cape Coral and I am a master electrician. I have been rebuilding the electrical systems in these poor people's homes and businesses from hurricane Ian-related damages without taking a break for months now 7 days a week just wanted 2 days! when we got there around 8 Set unfortunately in my club island everything closes at 9 so we couldn't even get another hotel to get out of there. We didn't notice the cockroaches until around 11 o'clock. We were in the nasty room for about 12 Hours And they still charged me! The lady that was at the front office. Lied to me completely! she shoed me away because new guests were coming and she said that it was the website's fault which was a complete lie. I have the bank documents to prove it gave those also to the BBB. and the DBPR and Collier county health and hazard You're not in good standing with the State. The person that owns this lives in New Hampshire. And this is How you guys make your money? The conning of people that don't live in the state. You steal people's money from Kansas, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, etc. That doesn't know any better there families here and you know they will not Fight back because they want a good time for the family as you rob them blind with you're a disgusting place with what your false advertising does for people out of state even if you don't give us a refund I hope this helps some family...

Over all nice place. The room was very nice and fit our family well. We were told that we had to give a days notice for maid service, so we did. The first time we purposefully left just before we were told they would be there, after being gone for about 2 hrs we went back to find out they didn't arrive. We had to request every day for new towels and beach towels. We never received the beach towels, but thankfully we did get new towels. Since maid service didn't arrive like was planned they said they would come the next day. I asked for a time and was never given a time. So we were at the hotel when they arrrived the second day so no serivce again. We were there over New Years and the shops next door (I should say connected), had a party going on on NYE and the Monday night before. On Monday thankfully they were done playing loud music at 9, but on NYE it was after 1 and I had kids who were tired and just wanted to go to bed. Nice it was close, but I would have rather walked to the party vs it being next door. Our last night at the Inn the elevator stopped working. We did find that everything we wanted to do was south of us so we always drove. We said the room was nice, but we would not stay there again because...

The rooms are spacious and well appointed, more like condos or suites. But it's more of a vacation rental experience marketed as a hotel -- complete with the hidden fees that people dislike about AirBnb. There is no service of any kind except a check-in person in the days. We were charged a previously undisclosed "cleaning fee" of $50/day, which was fine because we're used to resort fees (which this place markets itself as not having) and we prefer to get housekeeping even if we have to pay for it. So, we paid the fee, only to get zero housekeeping. When we flagged it, the lobby girl said the fee was for cleaning the place upon checkout--although that was not how it was presented. She laughed at our issue with undisclosed fees & welcomed us to dispute with the credit card company instead of trying to make it right. Honestly it really soured me on the place. We paid $350/night before the fees and typically for those rates, service exists at some level.

Loved loved loved it here! While this resort is not right on the beach, we loved the location which was right next to the marina. This is a 3-star resort, but we were able to gain access to one of their rare penthouse units at the resort, truly a 5 star stay. It is easily a 3,500 square foot, 3 bedroom penthouse with a wrap around balcony where you can see both the bay and the gulf. The colorful old Marco shoppes are just downstairs as part of the resort. Jen, at concierge, was amazing and extremely helpful. Would love to come with friends next time I’m in Marco Island!
