Well lets start at check in.The rude African american older at the deck if I did not say hello I'm checking in I would have been standing there for some time as she was doing something othere then one moment saying. She they says what do you need I said checking in she like are you a loyal member never thanked me . Took her forever to get everything together. Want up to room open the door and boom hot room and SMELLED SO MUSTY like a guys gym locker room. Opened up windows and turned on the air I had Air freshener which did not help. The dishwasher was beeping tried everything to trun it off. Want back down and told the rude desk later she like ooo let me see if I can get someone up there the maid came tried to figure it out she did some random thing look like and want off . The room could have been cleaned a lot better vacuum, dust ,wipe down, freshen up 100% time better the only thing that was clean and neat was the bed. There was crumb and debris in the kitchen Drawer . The shower had some Semi old Soap in there and Had some body hairs on the soup dish and wall in the shower could have been cleaned better. The sick in the bathroom needs to be Snaked out it was backing up. Told the Rude lady when I was checking out. You can tell me she was not happy. The placement of the TV stand is sooooooo bad can't get on other side of bed or to the window. Tv remote was broken on the back and the TV turned on but I was not able to see anything. Tryed everything could not seem to get a TV Station. There is no Bible in the night stand that all hotels had back in the day. Was upset about that. The free breakfast was not bad they guy who ran that was cool and nice . The place has a Balcony and basketball court A lounge and pool so you get past the room , the smell and how Semi clean and then rude lady at the desk those things are cool . Thos place is like tucked away In a Valley have to travel a mile to get to a many road where food and things are . Read moreAs a family of 5, hotel stays can be tricky. Many times we are told we exceed occupancy, so we usually stay in a suite, but especially love one bedroom suites to allow us a bit of separate space for the younger kids to be in bed earlier than the grownups. The indoor pool and included breakfast sweeten the deal! We found the overall stay to be very pleasant and enjoyable, and may stay here again. The size of the living room area and especially bedroom area/layout was a bit small, so there was times it was irritating to be moving around furniture and waiting for available space, but for a shorter stay this was definitely not a deal breaker. The pool and pool area were pleasant, though again fairly small, so that any more than two families would be uncomfortably close. The breakfast was nice enough, and we all felt happy and well fed. (we actually enjoyed that because we had a car, and it felt safe, and quiet) The only real negative I felt was the comfort of the bed, it was super firm and to all 5 of us not lovely to sleep on. I know that some people prefer firm beds though, so those people may love it! For the price, we were absolutely pleased overall with the stay and while I think knowing the small (potential) drawbacks ahead are helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to...
