The online order would not allow my preferred delivery method; "Silver", I had no matress to dispose sleep expert Victor supposedly set up an purchase for silver delivery asked me to complete online after I completed order online it chose the gold delivery and over charged me $100.00 Victor then stated he spoke with IT department who stated system isn't responding together and the system would complete a little later but Victor himself would send me a receipt copy in an email. "I've not received as of 1:36 am Thursday from Wednesday 3:32pm". I've purchased from Matress Firm N Canton online purchase, smooth delivery service, perfection. This Massillon location is so far one of the most unreliable experiences I've encountered words and deeds do not match what so ever. I'll not complete another purchase until this fiasco, is complicit with a return of funds equivalent to the overcharge from my card. So what went pretty ROCKY finally is all cleared up Matress Firm is still my go to for matresses. After too many pushy sales people that even got creepy, I began trying to purchase mattresses online. Mattress Fail! I could not stand my horrible mattress any longer. I decided to try the Mattress Firm because I had never been in there before. Scott was awesome! He made me feel comfortable trying out every mattress. He told me about their features, but did not push me in any direction. If I wasn't sure, he suggested that I just keep trying them until I was certain and to take as much time as I needed. Thanks so much Scott! I love my new mattress and maybe I will come buy some pillows...

Mattress selection and purchase went great! Unfortunately when the mattress was delivered the delivery guys tracked mud & snow through the house. Contacted the store to asked on delivery policy’s on wearing shoe covers. They told me it was part of their policy, but they use a third party for delivery. Was told they would reach out the the company that handles delivery, but it has been two weeks without any contact.. Very unprofessional and now have pay for carpets to be cleaned.. Would not recommend paying for their delivery service unless you want to pay to have carpets cleaned...
