Burger King — Restaurant in Massillon

I normally love Burger King but today was horrible. Paid over $30 for food that was not made plain like I asked for how do you mess up plain. Then did not get one of our sandwiches. Fries were cold after we were told to pull up and wait for fresh fries lol ok. No bbq sauce for nuggets. The manager William who took our order through the drive thru seemed annoyed that we asked for so much food. A household of 8 we are going to have a big order. Then when I called William seemed annoyed at me for their mix ji p. Said just come back and we will get your sandwiches. Ok Ty but I do not want an attitude or a re placement. Asked for cooperates number he said it's on the receipt. Ok thanks. So I wrote cooperate and they sent me a very vague response that they send everyone just put my name on it. So me and my family stopped here after a long vacation . We go in and decide to use their 2 for $6 deal. We notice that it seemed kinda pricey but we we figured with drinks and fries and such it probably made sense. After we got our food we realized that we got much more food than we had ordered. Turns out the person at the register had made ALL the 2 for $6 sandwiches into an idividual meal. So we were pretty mad about that but their frigid temperatures cool us off pretty quickly. In fact if you ever do go there I suggest wearing a winter coat. We went in on an 80 degree day and we were shivering so much it became hard to eat the excess amount of food they had given us. I stop at this BK often especially in the morning. The morning staff are great. Quick, attentive, and professional. They recently switched to 24hr service at the drive thru. This has been a blessing and a curse. It's nice having the option around the clock but the breakfast quality went from 8 to about 3. I haven't had a good breakfast since they switched. Every time the hashbrowns are ice cold and so hard I can hardly eat them. I've thrown away most of them for the past month. They used to open at 5 or 530am which waa good for me. I'm going to have to stop going or stop getting meals and just settle for a sandwich. They need to make less ahead or be WAY more observant of the condition before serving them....
