This is about the 10th different location in the past 2 months where I ordered a dark roast and received the blonde roast. But that's not even the worst part; I placed a mobile order via the app for a tall cafe Verona and when I arrived to the store there was a sign on the door that said 'cafe closed please use the drive through window' so I obliged and drove around to the window. When I got to the window the barista rudely lectured me that I need to stop at the speaker to order, I let him know I ordered on the app and was just following the directions that were on the sign on the door. Then he got even more nasty and condescendingly told me I still need to stop at the speak before going to the window to let them know who I am.... What kind of sense does that make? That's like saying you still need to go to the register when you mobile order. Bottom line is this guy was incredibly rude and he couldn't even answer why the cafe was closed, it seems like it was for no reason other than to inconvenience customers and the belittle them. All this nonsense for a tall dark roast coffee at 9am on a Saturday morning and I didn't even get what I ordered. Shame on you Starbucks and shame on you Brian Niccol, your employees don't care, and your company is dying a slow...

I said well this is what is in the drink, still no response from her. By now, I'm really irritated because I feel if you work there, you obviously know the drinks, she should have started asking me, do you like sweet, strong coffee, cold, hot, etc. My daughter usually brings me drinks, as she knows what I like.
