Terrible experience.....checked in and card was swiped 2 different times and she even keyed in my cars, the unfriendly gal told me it was declined even though the screen on my end showed Approved. Checked my card online and there was a $500 hold on my card....they had no reasoning why that would be except that it's my banks hold, not theirs. Went to go into the room, outside door lock was removed, coffee maker in room was missing piece, ice maker in hallway was broken, and the lovely housekeeping gal could be heard cussing in the next room. Read moreWe stayed two nights and room was clean enough mostly. On the first morning we were asked if the room needed servicing and we replied yes, please; we were leaving for the morning anyway. We got back about 11:30 and we found that the room was not vacuumed; the sheets were not changed or even straightened; the bedspread was put backed in place over the wrinkled sheets; the waste baskets had had the plastic inserts removed but no new ones relaced; we had to ask for another roll of toilet paper. Read moreThis days inn stole $100 from me and unlawfully and unapproved charged my debit card, this hotel has very poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Currently a platinum member of Wyndham rewards I've very disappointed how how I was treated when I asked them to refund the unauthorized charges. Absolutely disgusting the way the manager handled the situation. Currently calling fraud prevention and they assured me it's an unauthorized charge and my money will be refunded but I order to do that I have to go through the hassle of getting a new debit card.
