Miami Cheapest Place — Hotel in Miami Springs

yeah very cheap but wouldn't come again.. rooms were nice size but very scary at night I heard foot steps and everyone was sleeping I was little scared I was starting to wonder if the building was split but I'm not sure if this is normal behaviour .. and the scary part is the light in the bathroom was flickering almost all night until around 6 am which is very odd. I also felt kind of sick but the staff were nice . again not the staffs fault I just got a really strange vibe from this hotel motel whatever. if you have little kids do not bring them here for your own safety because 1 there's crackheads who sleep behind the building and 2 its 100 percent haunted you couldn't tell me other wise. even my babies said they think...

Was glad to find a place at this price anywhere in this area ($28/night), conveniently located near several diners and the train station, but the place is like a prison; it's filthy, it's a mess, there was a lingering smell of sewage near the toilet, and the neighbours are noisy at night.

Couple of long term guests in room X hog the closets, the fridge, and the kitchen cupboards. Beware of Ludwig, he basically thinks that he owns the place and has been living here for over a year.

Place is passable if you are a solo traveller just looking for a roof over your head for a night or two, but otherwise an awful, miserable place; never wish...

I live here... I love this place. It took some getting used to. But, it has grown on me. There is no cooking. But a refrigerator is available. There are lots of long term clients there so it's a family atmosphere. You can pay daily weekly or monthly. I have stayed in many hostels in Miami. This place is close to the airport, historic Brown subs, highway downtown & not from wynwood... Glenn the property manager maintains a tight ship ..sheets clean... The kitchen & bathroom are always clean. The price is great but it fills up fast....
