KFC — Restaurant in Miami Springs

Very Long Wait Times and Very Bad Service sums it up in one line.

If i could give 0 or half a star i would because it's that bad. I went 4/2/18 (a monday) at night around 11:30 pm. i must have waited around 60+ mins from the time i arrived till the time i got my food with about 5 cars in front of me (that's an average wait time of 15 minutes per car folks that's not acceptable). the car behind me was still at the speaker trying to order while i was at the window a good 5-10 mins before they even acknowledged i was there and then another 2-5 mins after payment to get my food. after i left and was on the way home i noticed my cup of Baja Blast with no ice was half full. i didn't even bother to go back to get the other half cuz at this point i had already determined i was never coming back here. i came here for the first time a couple of nights before on a friday or saturday night and the wait time and service that night was not this bad (that night the wait was still long, they didn't have most of what i wanted so had to settle for what they had and the cashier accused me of not telling her no ice on the Baja Blast), and this was all on a WEEKDAY!!!!! i literally watch the 2 people at the window mopping the floor in front of the soda machine a good 5-10 minutes and no one even came up and opened the window to acknowledge me or apologized for the extremely long wait, it was like i wasn't even there while they were mopping the floor. i almost left after waiting at the window so long and even considered going to a taco bell not that far away. after this horrible experience it was the last straw for me as i'm never coming back to this place. never have i experienced this level of service and i work in the service industry.

Stay away from this place as there are a few more Taco Bells and KFC not that far from here that will be way better...

I was very disrespected by a so called manager. She is a mid 20-30ish black young lady with shoulder length weed braids in her hair. That is big tall and over weight. It is a KFC/Taco Bell location. I asked for the $5 dollar box. She told me which 1 its 3. I told her to please explain the 3 boxes i needed help. She replied its on the menu. I said i dont see it. I sd i dont hear any one working i need assistance. She told me i am delusional, and continued to be rude when i drove up to the window for help. Disrespecting me trying to provoke me and my character. Talking me acting childish with a young child. Its a few managers apparently at this location, and i was not satisfied with the customer service at all. Herself and the workers stood there laughing with her as if something was funny. What form of unprofessionalism even my 5yr old let me know thos lady was very very very very rude to me. This happened on 27th ave near 36th street. Her title as manager needs to be striped she is not a good example of someone to be leading any store with the public. She appeared to be violent too. Like she didnt even care about her job. Looking side eyed at me repeatedly it was very strange and...

I wanted to share my experience with this restaurant. I went through the drive thru to purchase food for myself. My experience was not something that was great for me. The team member at the window was not attentive to my needs and missed some modifications that were asked for, for my meal.

She didn’t get my order correctly. I asked about the Taco Bell’s Nacho’s Fries because they’re my absolute favorite! When asked about it she told me that they were no longer selling them. What a bummer. I then decided to get the original fries with my meal.

When my meal was given to me I didn’t have the fries inside and instead I was given cinnamon twist. After explaining to this team member, she said that I never order it which I did. Her not being attentive to me cause a disagreement between us.

She then told me to give her back the cinnamon twist and now my card has to be charged for a second time. Also, for my Mexican pizza I requested no beans and now I have beans on my pizza.

Also, I called the store to speak a manager named Dennis and he disconnected the call. And I attempted to call back twice with no pick. I wasn’t able to speak with him. But I was able to speak with someone...
