Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Florida

The lady that took my order today was beyond horrible the way she treated me because I insisted on her to take care of a pregnant lady waiting to use the bathroom by the urgent signs she was making. And had the nerve to tell me in Spanish I was making a big deal about it and that I couldn’t do that not only that by the tone she used was nasty and olso asked after if I was gonna order food or not. That really was unnecessary and was enough for me to ask her for the manager and her answer was that it was busy and then a big guy shows up wearing an apron trying to find out what happened in spanish as well, explained the situation and it was like he didn’t care at all. Not single apology no even to pregnant lady that by the way thank me on the way out. Never had an issue at this place before but after today never going...

Inconsiderate bunch of employees and management, you are out there in the drive through in line way before closing, and once you hit the box to speak we are closed. Seriously waiting almost 45 min to an hour to order and this is what you are gonna tell me.we are closed, not even a sorry sir due to blah blah blah we are closed...let me tell you something, I use to be a taco bell employee, when it was closing time for any situation we had one person stand outside and let people know we are closed from the last car in line. Now because of your in consideration I come home empty handed to my kids who were expecting their favorite. Thanks...

My favorite place to have Kentucky fried chicken😋, I enjoy the K10 ; its 3 pieces of chicken original , mashed potatoes and my favorite Cole slaw, the place is quiet relaxed, and if u want to have some Taco Bell , go for it ! .
