Very disappointing. I've been saying that we need a Taco Bell for over a decade now and we finally get one and it's trash. The food is entirely too expensive. I paid $10 for 3 baby tacos and a drink. They gave me hard tacos first instead of soft and the large cup was barely a medium size cup. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell until the franchise owner gets his/her/their heads out of its behinds and lower the prices and train their staff right. Because they seemed confused. One lady just keep going to get others everytime I asked her a question. "I said soft not hard taco." She goes and get the cook. Just tell him what I said, I don't need to repeat myself. And the card machine was down so I had to give her my card and she took it in the back. It's a debit card. No pin needed I guess. And there was no Pepsi or Coke (whichever one they offer). I am still hungry and really want my money back. If you go there get their 5 for 5 which is on the outside window and I hope you like beef because it's $0.60 to change your meet. And don't bother asking the workers for any help finding anything because their just going to read out of the menu the same things you can read yourself.
My advice to ALL is to wait a while before going there because obviously they have a lot of improvement to do!

Read moreHighly unprofessional, firstly my partner and I had to walk to and from there and we were ordering for 4 people we were the only customers in the building at the time and the drive thru was empty as soon as our order went through from the kiosk almost every single employee in the building had multiple comments/complaints to make in the kitchen about how big it was and how it was just us the 2 of us ordering as if we couldn't hear them VERY RUDLEY, we originally had planned on dining in atleast eating our 2 meals there before having to walk back as we were told we could but the commentary made us feel very uncomfortable so once our food was handed to us we asked if everything was in the bags we were told yes very nonchalantly we just felt uncomfortable and left with our order However when we arrived the order was wrong we were missing multiple items we then proceeded to call to let them know we were walking back for the missing items when we arrived we were met with More attitude aside from one lady who tried helping us, and of course more complaints from the kitchen when we mentioned what was missing as if we were lieing, (Who wants to have to have to walk to and from a Taco Bell where you don't feel welcomed multiple times in one night??) we had the missing items replaced HOWEVER they proceeded to mix up 2 items we were just fed up...

I can understand a full line ant the drive thru or lots of orders in door but come one Staff get your orders done! Either way if you order using the Mobile App expect to wait… wait… and wait. Even orders made while I was there via both Drive Thru or Kiosk/ desk got their orders before me. I made an online order which was confirmed at 4/28/24 at 5:38 PM by Taco Bell email and didn’t receive it until 6:17 PM at the store. That’s a total of 39 minutes. The staff doesn’t even attempt to talk to anyone even when you’re trying to get their attention. And if you finally get their attention their response is “we got it”. My advice, order 45 minutes to an Hour before showing up or just go to a different Taco Bell so you won’t have your time wasted...
