Booked HC room months in advance, noting that a shower seat was needed. Large 2 Q clean room & bath, but I had to call multiple times to get a shower seat delivered. Finally hours later Jenna (who SHOULD be the manager!), who had not yet been trained to install some kind of temporary wall-attached bath seat borrowed the normal white plastic type from a nearby hotel/former employer and brought it up. She was very apologetic, but needed only be for the lack of preparation on management's part. Now let's talk HC Parking! I typed explanations on my photos both the educate the corporate leadership, the manager of this hotel, and any who are in charge of painting parking spaces AS WELL AS patrons who use HC placards to park in spaces assigned to van ramp users, and who seem not to realize that the lines are to be SHARED space. NOT just part of the lines, ALL OF THE LINES! People don't park on painted lines designated for fire lanes, or those at the ends of rows. Why do they park on HC SHARED SPACE lines? If you need more space to get a person out of the passenger side of your car, BACK IN! I recommend NO one who drives a rampvan stay here; it'll be a "pita" for all until they make a correction to this mess. From experience, I would not hold my breath waiting on that to come to fruition.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been at! I would rather have stayed at a motel that would have been cheaper, have extra pillows, and include a continental breakfast! To even say this location aka hotel to even be a Hilton is an embarrassment to their whole business chain. The room I stayed in was dark and faced a parking lot with tall barbed wire fencing. Our shower flooded the bathroom everytime we used it. The water flooded so bad it leaked into the carpet in our room. Even the guest service was poor at best. When we checked in we had a magic fifty dollar charge appear for Incase of using the bar or damage to the room. This normally does not bother me , but it did this time because it was never mentioned when I booked our room months in advanced. It was over priced for everything including their breakfast which is not free for hot or cold food.whn our two night stay was over we checked out and that fifty dollar room charge somehow changed to twenty-five dollars. I do not think the employees knew what he or she were saying. I will never stay at this hotel ever again! On my next trip for business or pleasure I will most definitely not even be at a Hilton.

When I drive someone to the airport from Appleton Wisconsin, I always stop here. Their breakfast is on point with a large selection to choose from along with per request omelettes to name a few, hot and delicious. Friendly faces eager to help. The bathrooms are meticulously clean. Always having a nice clean look and smell. The humongous mirror in the bathroom is great to make sure you’re looking good. All tho I’ve never spent the night or seen the inside of a room I’m sure, they are just as nice. Also: if your into airplanes and /or want to watch your loved one take off…. Go to the far end of the parking lot by the road , roll down your window and park. Download the app called FlightRadar24. You can find the flight and watch it taxi to the run way, and as it’s gaining speed you can hear it it your window. Look to the left and have your camera ready. It will fly almost directly over you. That app has a live view and TONS of information. Check it out.

Only giving 2 stars because we were able to get an early check in, the room was nice, clean and quiet. Also because the front desk ladies at night on Saturday were extremely helpful and understanding. HOWEVER, I was double charged for the room and given multiple excuses as to why. For reference, I booked through Expedia as I have done numerous times in the past with no issues. The room rate was to be $143 total with taxes. When I checked in, I already had a charge pending on my account for $157?? I mentioned the difference in rate and the pending charge at check-in. I was told it was $25 for incidentals (that math DOES NOT add up) and he still insisted that he had to swipe my card again and the first charge would then drop off. It did not and I was charged over $300 at check in. This tied up funds on our account so I called Hilton and they advised that it was a charge from Expedia. Expedia charges note on my account as Expedia and this did not, it was all Hilton (my bank confirmed that this morning.) When I called Expedia they told me everything charged through Hilton so I was getting the run around. When I came back from my brother's wedding that night, I asked the ladies at the front desk to double check the charges for me. They were extremely nice, helpful AND confirmed that it was showing 2 holds on my card on Hilton's end, confirming the error was done at check in. She cancelled one of the holds and again I was told it would drop off, as of Monday afternoon it still hasn't. Then when I checked out they confirmed only the one hold was showing now and gave me a receipt...A receipt for $143!!! So I was charged $157 twice, incidentals that don't add up and I was supposed to only be charged ONE charge of $143. No matter how you look at it, I was severely overcharged and no one would give me an honest breakdown as to why. The entire system at this location seems to be very disorganized, uninformed, full of excuses and I will never be staying here again. Again the room and service from some of the front desk employees was great but not worth the risk of funds. I will be looking into Marriott owned locations moving forward. Be cautious and check...

This place isn't what I'd expect considering the well known name. For my first time staying it was quite confusing they charge for WiFi access and have two different tiers for it (standard & premium). The free Continental breakfast isn't quite free it's based off of the room type you have I guess according to the front desk staff. They do have a omelette bar and a all you can eat breakfast option that's a separate charge of course. Wasn't able to have housekeeping come to refresh the room was informed by front desk that housekeeping was done at 1230p when I called down. That wasn't making sense so I wondered around and I was able to acquire clean towels at least from a housekeeper on a different floor, so that was good. They do have a restaurant and bar at the hotel but the dishes wasn't very interesting. Be careful booking through third party sites you maybe have a issue with securing your room (this wasn't my experience but the guest who was checking in before me, Just so happened to be there for that entire mess). They did have a shuttle with a alleged 3 mile area that they went around they provided a map of where it goes (restaurants & bars) but when ask to go to a restaurant that's on the same strip (Howell Ave) they had to get a hold of different people to find out if they could stop or not. After like 20-30 mins I was able to go get Chick-fil-A. Considering the orders were pick up didn't see the issue since it's on the same road as the others and it's in the same lot of the grocery store it goes to. Overall I'm very unimpressed with the whole...

I have been traveling for 3 weeks, 11 states, and countless hotels. Staying here has made me so happy this Milwaukee my new home; and that this hotel is relatively close to our neighborhood. I know when I book this place for our family that they will be very well taken care of. I checked in 12 October, with Heather, and everyone at the front desk (especially last night) and the resturant have been exceptional. Our waitress at dinner, Kianna, was a patient angel as our five year old struggled to read and choose, and eventually fell asleep at the table before I got to eat. This mornings breakfast was not only delicious and VERY VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY! Which is a necessity for my kid - but was made extra special by the wonderful and gracious staff. I watched a customer be very rude to Simona, and she handled it with kindness and grace; as an Operations Manager of a multi location food service business I can honestly say these are exactly the kind of employees I look for in my own hiring. I plan to use today's rude customer interaction (as an example of a perfect response) in my next meeting.

What a wonderful, accommodating, staff. Everyone here is exceptional to the point that you could, if you were so inclined, miss the fact that every one of them is clearly giving 110%. I wish I could give this hotel a ten out of five.

Finally, special thanks to Becky and the shuttle guy (I'm sorry I missed your name) for being so...
