I came across Mr. Lee on facebook marketplace searching for queen mattresses. Looking at the description low prices, mattress in plastic, my first thought was scam. I inbox Mr. Lee and scheduled an appointment for today. Based on low prices and mattresses in a warehouse, I expected to see mattresses lying all over the place... I was wrong, the office space and warehouse is VERY clean front to back. When I got to the location (I was late), he greeted me with a warm smile and the best customer service ever. I didn't get his assistant name (please forgive me for calling you "assistant"), he has a positive attitude and customer service is fantastic. Mr. Lee is very knowledgeable of the mattress he sale. I purchase a soft pillowtop mattress and I love it! I highly recommend BoxDrop Montgomery if your looking for quality mattress at a GREAT price. He has MANY option to choose from. Mr. Lee and his assistant customer service deserve a 10+...

And these 5 stars deserve an additional one. I had searched several different places to purchase a set of California King box springs. I didn't realize how hard they were to find. I've even purchased the wrong items twice. And had to return them. I was skeptical at first because of scams on FB market sometimes. However, the BoxDrop Montgomery is 100% legit. I set my appointment and Lance was there when I arrived. He took me to the set I had inquired about The box springs were a PERFECT match. Too add..I had a problem with the person to assist in bringing them to my home so I had to wait around for a while...well long story short. Lance assisted with that also...He was patient and kind. Lance was amazing to work with! I messaged him late at night once the kids were asleep and he answered very quick. When we moved we set up the guest room with a full size mattress placed inside a queen bed frame. When we were expecting guests I knew I needed a queen size mattress ASAP and Lance was there for me! He was able to work with my schedule to get together so I could pick a mattress. He had a good selection and I was able to get the perfect mattress for our guest room that same day! It was wonderful to be able to leave with a brand new mattress that day and make sure that our friends and family were taken care of. Everyone who has slept in the guest room now has been super comfortable and got a great nights sleep on...
