Super 8 by Wyndham Morrilton — Hotel in Morrilton

there was an issue that expedia gave me a smoking room and i needed non smoking due to family has asthma but Ill deal with Expedia on that. The hotel said they were full with no other rooms availbe to get. Even the lobby smelled of Smoke. Here are the Issues i have Room 108 was labeled as nonnsmoking on the sign but heavly been smoked in. Had to go purchase febreeze and deodorizer to get smells down. The room had roaches throughout the stay. There were Holes in the wall by door and AC unit. When it rained I woke up with water all all around the bed by the door had to get 4 Towels to dry it up. The AC unit vent was missing and poorly patched with metal screen my little one could have stuck there hands in gotten injured or electrocuted. The security door latch was broken with cracks where a simply push would have broken it off. We did not feel safe. Several plugins were faullty the lamp would not stay plugged in due to socket being loose and sunken in the wall so half the room would not light up. Electrical fire if you asked me. Asked for Extra blankets The staff said we do not have any extra blankets, and acted like they really didnt care. I selected this hotel due to having a pool for the kiddos but when we went to look it was covered. The ammenities showed it had a pool its June. This is false advertisement. I would never stay here again EVER. I couldnt cancel or get a room anywherw elese due to being full town being a car show...

"If in the area, Stay at this hotel, you will not be dissapointed" Back in area for work and I am so glad that we are staying here again, this has got to be the best Super 8 I have ever stayed in and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in hundreds and hundreds of hotels, so I know how to judge a hotel/motel.. The hotel is very nice, it is very clean, the maids do a wonderful job and if they forget something all you have to do is ask the front desk for it, they are very helpful and very friendly. Having a friendly staff is one of the best things about a hotel outside of cleanliness and this hotel has both.. The rooms are quite (I am on the inside, ground floor), they are big, laid out nicely, have nice TV, very good internet and the beds are very comfy, I sleep better here then I do at home, but I also spend more time in a hotel then I do at home.... The breakfast is the standard fair for a Super 8, but it is always fresh and the coffee is good, something that most hotels fail on, but not here. And if you do not want the standard hotel breakfast, there is a Waffle house in the parking lot. If you are in the area, stay here you will not be disappointed, This is the 2nd time I have been here, the 1st time was for a week, this time I am here for 2 weeks. I have no complaints about this hotel, it is top notch... Thanks so much, it is always a pleasure...
