Went on the grand opening for the special prices. This was my first visit. As I kind of expected on a Grand Opening there was a wait.
I ordered online, but that doesn't speed the process up as much as it does hold your product for you so that it's there when you get there. I advise to remember, when ordering something online at a dispensary that since there really isn't a transaction happening that you aren't purchasing the product until you get to the store. You are merely telling them to hold it for you. The store was very well lit and clean.
They were doing everything they could to abide by pandemic protocols as well. I thought may have been a little much when standing outside and still having to wear a mask when you are 6 foot or more from someone. With that being said, there were some employees that we're aware of the discomfort of standing in the sun and offered bottled water.
The kindness of everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. I felt extremely welcome. I got to talk with a member of the management staff outside. He has been in the Cannabis industry for 8 years. That was nice to hear that in a State that has only been medically legal for a little while to have someone with some experience elsewhere is certainly a good thing for this place.
Their prices on most items are pretty competitive. The prices online do include tax. I live an hour away, but am sometimes close to the area visiting family and will certainly be stopping by again if I need to replenish my stock.

I preordered online, they had both copies of my IDs but I was denied entry for lack of a physical ID card. Arkansas provides printed versions temporarily so I went to a local store to get the printed version. When I returned I was told they wouldnt accept yhe print out because the barcode was missing. Again I retured with a print out making sure all barcodes and info was present. Finally I was turned away AGAIN, they said my printout had to be enlarged. This is not something that required by law. After being turned away 3 times, after acquiring exactly what they asked for was embarrassing, and inconsiderate of my time. The manager seemed non compassionate, after the from desk clerk said I had the right printout and was good to go, the manager found some invalid reason to refuse me service. I honestly don't understand the behavior and only wish I had realized they weren't going to serve me no...
