We had a great stay in Chalet 114. Amazing view of the lake. We stayed with our two adult children and had plenty of room. We made good use of the well equipped kitchen too. We were able to take lake side walks right from the back deck. The staff is very friendly and helpful get extra towels and bedding. We stayed during the Summer but we imagine Winter would be nice too. If you're looking for a family friendly place to stay with access to many types of adventure you should consider the resort and one of its chalets.

Lovely place. Great cabins near a lake and walking distance to golf course. Only bad thing was that the restaurant had several flies buzzing around inside.

This one goes out to the "housekeeping manager" Karol. The only thing you managed to do was turn a 5 star experience into 1 star. Our family rented 2 chalets for a few nights and had multiple vehicles. Two of which were towing fishing boats.. When we first got there we parked the vehicles with the boats by our chalet to unload and to figure out where we could park them permanently. Karol came waddling down with authority and let us know she was the "housekeeping manager" and that we needed to move the vehicles right now! She was not polite about it whatsoever and didn't care to listen to why we parked there. She told us that we had to park the boats in the dirt parking lot down the road. We drove to the lot and it was literally a construction dump site. Our fishing boats have 1000s of dollars worth of fishing gear and we didn't feel comfortable leaving the boats in a dark unsecured dump site. Before I went to bed I pulled my truck and boat closer to my chalet in a parking spot that wasn't blocking anything or sticking out. It wasn't even in front of another chalet or in view of one. Our boats are just 17ft bass boats so they aren't any bigger than a normal sized car. Well, next morning good ol Karol came out again with an attitude telling me to move it. At this point I was fed up with the nitpicking and chose to not stay another night. We would have had no problems keeping our boats in their lot if only it were more secure. Put up more lights and maybe some cameras. I mean this lot is right next to the main road where anyone driving by can see the boats. These chalets aren't cheap but had no problem paying for it. Its the nitpicking and attitude from Karol that ruined the whole experience. I might give this place another...

Stayed one night for work and well worth it. I did not pay for it, so I couldn't speak to the price. There is a beautiful trail that you can walk, jog or run along the forest and water. The cabins are super cute and surrounded by trails. There is a BBQ pit and a spa room but I didnt get to enjoy because they close early 4pm and my work meetings ended at 4pm. Bummer.

Rooms: are large and a little outdated. Very minimal, so not the cozy log cabin feel. Large bed, bathroom, little sitting area, but the large feel made it feel empty.

Service: was limited because of my one night, but they are kind. We had food from their catering and it was better than expected.

Location: you have to be able to appreciate the fresh, crisp air and...

Beautiful location, scenery, and accommodations. Many of the cabins at the resort are classified as lakeside. One can sit on the porch/deck that faces the lake and enjoy the lake view with that first morning cup of coffee or glass of wine in the evening. There are trails you can walk on right from your cabin that lead to trails that completely circumnavigate the lake...prepare for 2 to 3 hours for that, if you're a fast hiker. The cabins are very well maintained and are quite charming, some with well stocked kitchens. If you purchase the right package you can also enjoy an evening dinner at the resort's golf course restaurant. Service and food was...
