Clean but dated and needs attention. BED BUGS room 123 - stay away! Upon entry in your room, it's set at a comfortable temperature and smells clean (not overly perfumy that covers up dirt, but pleasant). As you settle in, you notice things that have gone unattended. The door does not seal at the bottom so light and bugs enter and the AC is wasted. The bathroom, which the front desk clerk said was "accessible" is FAR from handicap ♿️ accessible. A handle bar opposite the toilet, OUTSIDE the tub/shower does not satisfy ADA compliance. These bathrooms need shower stalls instead of tubs. Water pressure is VERY POOR. If you turn the handle to the hottest position water trickles, so you have to take a cooler shower to get decent water from the shower head. Toilet leaks so you have to put a towel down otherwise you slip. When you flush the toilet it fills to the top before going down so make sure you watch for overflows. Carpets are dirty. I wore brand new white socks which quickly became black after walking in the room. Huge stain right by the door, which could've been from the rain coming through the bottom of the door but cannot determine the origin or cause. TV service is analog, so the picture isn't clear. The fridge/microwave cart is broken on the bottom. The beds are comfortable and clean. If you're looking forward to free breakfast, take a pass and plan on going out for breakfast to either BK or Popeye's across the street. Powdered eggs are horrible. Sausage is weird - just nasty. I watched another guest throw their plate away and grimace 😬 after the first bite. There are hot cakes in a machine, if it's got batter. Bread items are not fresh, so they have to be toasted, but condiments aren't restocked (butter, etc). Coffee is very weak. Stick with OJ, it's your safest bet. Clientele seems to be construction crews/road workers vs tourists. Work trucks fill the parking lot in the evening. You can tell the tourists and families stay at the Hampton Inn right next door. I chose this place because we stayed here years ago and was nice. It's a shame they let it go. So instead of above average, it's a clean average. Go next door for a few bucks more and be comfortable.

Hubby and I stayed overnight Sunday to Labor Day Monday in room 105 and we were satisfied with our stay. We chose this hotel because it was close to the casino, it was inexpensive and the reviews were good. Our own impressions were good too. No it wasn’t a new updated hotel room and it wasn’t perfect but it was clean and the bed was comfortable, the tv was big and looked great. We had plenty of clean towels, working air conditioning, a nice pool if we chose to swim if we wanted. The only downside was that breakfast ended by 9am and we missed it but it looked like it could have provided something worth talking about lol.

The room wasn't very clean at all had stuff in the floor and dust all over the place, blanket had stains on it looked like blood and mold the towels had stains as well, also under the sink there was mold, beside the air-conditioning unit there was rat droppings and there was a hole in the lives eat. We will not be going back here would not recommend for anyone to stay here They also took an extra 40$ off our card when we called to book the room we had to call about it said it was a mistake. Like I said we will definitely never go back to this hotel again.

I booked through hotwire for a stay on 5/18-5/19 for my father, 1 year old son and myself to attend my sisters wedding. The room itself was decent, however they charged me $200 for 'pet damages' after we checked out. When I called and asked what the charge was for, they TOLD me I had a pet in the room...which was not true. The room next to us did have dogs, about 4 of them, whom barked ALL night and kept waking my son...and one tried to run after my father who is on oxygen as we were leaving. Thankfully my husband has bank notifications for charges like this and it could have and would have just went unnoticed. I'm positive they knew we had no pets and were just trying to charge it (upon checking in, I parked right by the door and the lady at the front desk clearly looked out at my car and could see there were no animals in my car and verified that there was 2 adults and 1 child. Also, my father and I spoke to the maids & they watched us pack up and leave...WITHOUT A PET). My money was refunded immediately after speaking with them, but it still left a foul taste in my mouth and I will not...

I believe they cancel reservations so that they can upcharge you when you check in. I had two reservations through priceline but when we went to check-in, the front desk told us "priceline" had cancelled the reservations. I called priceline while I was at the front desk, and they said they absolutely did NOT cancel the reservation. Front desk refused to honor the priceline price citing they are very busy on the weekends (when literally the place was dead-maybe 3 guests in the entire hotel). The hotel is very run down and they charged us 145.00 a night -that is hilton type charge for a 1950's type hotel. The lady that helped me check in was very helpful while the lady at check out was rude and uncaring about the situation. She took great delight in OVER CHARGING me -citing she cannot give the 99.00 rate to everyone (lol). I intend on disputing the charge since they cancelled my cheaper rate just so they could charge me more. That is unfair...
