Went here around half past ten in the morning on the day after Thanksgiving of the year two thousand and twenty four. My car isn't the best and there were a few cars in the drive through so I decided to park and go in to order my food to go as I prefer to not leave my car idling if I can help it. I stopped to let a middle aged man walk across the busy parking lot to his car. We exchanged friendly waves. I parked. I went in and stood in line with my fellow humans. The people behind me watched me swipe left a few times then maybe right once on a dating app then watch a minute of a recent high profile street skateboarding contest on YouTube with the sound low and subtitles on. Then I ordered. My cashier was very sweet. Her name is Rylie. She did everything perfectly. She smiled, asked me how my day was going and answered my questions quickly and accurately. Most importantly her attitude and energy were both really pleasant. She went out of her way to hand me grape jelly packets to go with my order even though she was very busy. I ordered my usual lately which is the two steak biscuits for five dollars and the two Bo Berry biscuits for a little under three dollars. The food was as amazing as it always is at this location. My money is always well spent here. The lobby was spotless despite how busy it was and there was even a well decorated full sized Christmas tree set up near the entrance. It really added to the cozy holiday atmosphere. All of the associates deserve a raise as they work incredibly hard and are always nice and helpful. Thank you Rylie and everyone else who was working at this location on this busy holiday morning. Happy...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. Paid almost $30 for what was supposed to be 12 piece chicken and 6 biscuits..also got a large coffee and mac and cheese. Where do I start? The chicken was old and barely warm. The biscuits were raw on the inside and tasted absolutely horrible. The coffee, that was advertised as being hot and fresh, was cold, and full of coffee grounds. When I was going to ask for just a cup for soda, i accidentally dropped the cup on the floor. As i was picking it up, the person who I'm assuming was the "manager " reached his hand out for my coffee cup. I assumed that he was going to throw it away. Nope...he proceeded to fill the same cup that was on the floor, with coffee from behind the counter. NEWSFLASH: THAT WAS COLD AND DISGUSTING TOO! We had to ask for plates, which in my opinion should have been offered. NOT ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE SMILING INCLUDING THE MANAGER .. I feel that I've been ripped off considering the coffee went down the drain, the biscuits in the trash and the chicken to my dogs.. I understand that fast food isn't a dream job..i work in the same industry. What has happened to customer service? I can say this...reguardless of how you got there ..youre there. Maybe if the manager LED BY EXAMPLE, AND REQUIRED HIS CREW TO PUT FORTH EVEN THE SMALLEST OF EFFORT..MAYBE THERE WOULD BE MORE THAN 2 TABLES OCCUPIED AT PRIME LUNCH/DINNER HOURS.. WILL NEVER EAT...
Read moreI went through the drive through on my way to work to get chicken for dinner. It was 12:30 pm. It took 23 minutes for the two vehicles in front of me to get through. I asked what the problem had been. Again, not the first time, they didn't have any chicken cooked. How can a chicken place not have chicken at lunch time on a Saturday? They seem to do this habitually. Management needs to learn to plan ahead. I gave them a two because the employee at the window was extremely nice and kept apologizing for my inconvenience even though they were not at fault. Otherwise they would have gotten a one.
Again went, against my better judgement, and like 3 times before was at 12:30 for lunch on my way into work. Had to wait 10 minutes because they were out of chicken. Finally the girl came to the window and said they had chicken but it would be 10 more minutes for the Mac and cheese. I settled for something else. Even though I prefer their chicken I will go someplace else. Poor management. How do you not t plan for the lunch rush almost everyday and run out of food? I am changing the 2 rating to a 1. I did not get the first apology this time. I would give a 0 if possible. Four visits at lunch in a row and out of...
