Pelican Cottages — Hotel in Nags Head

Spent the last week staying in the Windswept cottage and already dreaming of going back! These charming little cottages feel like this is the way the beach was meant to be experienced. I loved staying right on the beach and being just steps away. The locations was perfect! We could get to all the activities we hoped to do with out a long drive in the beach traffic. Being able to bring our lab was priceless. One of my favorite parts was sitting out on the front porch in the rockers while the baby napped reading and feeling the salty breeze coming over the dunes. Me and my family DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This place stole my heart the first time we came out July of 2020 peak covid 🤣 , but still beautiful! The manager Peppe, man I adore him, he's so sweet! We are NEVER bothered, they are definitely decent but small cottages, we have been back a couple more time's since then but not in almost 2 years😭😞 and that just cause life got too busy, but WE ARE LOOKING AT HOMES IN THE SAME SWEET TOWN! It has been a few years since our last stay at the Pelican cottages. We are planing a trip back this summer. I have stayed in both of the cottages closest to the beach and both are amazing. This place is a real find. Bobby is the most amazing person, so kind and attentive. She is a big part of why we keep coming back.
