stayAPT Suites Atlanta-Newnan — Hotel in Newnan

My family chose to stay at StayAPT, Newnan because the prices were fair for the amount of time we needed to complete our new home renovations. If only I had known that the true price was our privacy and peace. The only problem with our stay for 3 weeks was the “GM”, a light-skinned black woman named something along the lines of “Tasha”. First, she had a very nasty attitude. She claimed and reported us for a noise complaints for throwing a party- which we weren’t- but another employee, a black man, claimed it was fine as long as it was before 9 pm. Upon the time we were “throwing a party” (there were only three of us; myself, my daughter and her friend) she approached us by saying that “She had noise complaints and that we were echoing through her courtyard” at around 4pm. Secondly, she has sent room service without our knowledge. Finally, today (March 31st, 2025 around 5pm) the lovely “GM” walked into our room unannounced. When she saw us she quickly walked back out, as we sat in shock, and then properly knocked to “apologize”. She claimed she was “just checking on her rooms because she had noise complaints” and that her “paper was wrong”. My thing is, What if we weren’t there? She walked in like she owned the place as if we hadn’t payed almost $3,000 to stay here. There is nothing telling me that she hasn’t done this before. I have children; who have valuables. This is a complete violation of our privacies!!!!! I’m outraged. And I went out to talk to her and I saw her no where else checking any other rooms. I then walked down to the front office to see if someone else would talk to me. She came down and asked what room I was in— as if she didn’t just walk into it! She is truly a ridiculous...

The room is extremely comfortable. Being able to cook right there is a huge plus. The laundry room is super easy to use and convenient. The place is always super clean and smells lovely. The staff does a great job in maintaining the place neat 👌however the only thing I didn't like was the front desk service. They always made me feel like anything I asked or said was a nuisance to them. There was never anyone there, and I called several times while sitting there waiting, and they didn't answer. I could see the difference in how they treated me, while also being friendly to the other people that was...

This was one of the best places I've had the pleasure of staying at. The place is new and clean and almost like being at home. They're basically apartments. Granite counter tops and modern nickle and black appliances. But what I liked the most of all was the people that work there Oliver the manager and Natasha at front desk where amazingly kind and genuine people that make you feel like family.
