I recently visited Lizard Thicket in Newnan and had an amazing experience! The boutique is filled with fun, trendy clothes that are both stylish and of excellent quality. I was especially impressed with their soft stretch jeans, priced at $69, which I know will become a favorite because of how comfortable they are. The basic t-shirts, priced at $36, are worth every penny due to their softness and perfect fit. They also have a great selection of fun sweaters and dresses. I ended up buying five items after walking in just to check out the store because of its quirky name! If you’re looking for high-quality, fashionable pieces at reasonable prices, this place is a winner.

The service was equally fantastic! The three blonde girls who assisted me were so helpful and made me feel truly pampered. They were attentive without being overbearing and seemed to have a great sense of how to read the room, making the experience feel like shopping at a high-end boutique. We have been longstanding customers of Lizard Thicket. I went to return a defected pair of white jeans purchased this spring and when I took them into the store today, the associate said I couldn't return or exchange the merchandise because I didn't have the tags on them and/or my receipt. The girl said the issue with the puckered jeans was that I washed them for the first time. The girl said she had to call her manager. At 1:00pm, the call was made and it wasn't until 2:20pm after I continued to wait around until the associate called her manager again. I'm not faulting the sales associate, however the manager should leave some discretion to her staff. I was given the option to receive 25% store credit or to make an exact exchange however there was no merchandise that matched the conditions of the exchange. I've been into this store a total of 3 times, and I was never greeted when entering or exiting this store. The third and last time I was in this store was awful.

They have completely ignored me every time I visited this store, meanwhile they engage with and talk to all the other customers. I was just in here recently and was not greeted at all, but the other customers (who came in after me) were greeted. I was already close to leaving when the employees said to the customers who left before me "bye, have a nice day!" I left after this and was yet again, completely ignored.

Don't expect me to shop here until the employees can learn not to pick and choose which customers to engage with, while staring down their noses at...
