received response from " owner" saying willing/glad to help.. I asked for his/her name and number yesterday 3/1/25 but as of today 3/2/25 not received same.

Not received delivery date options altho offered 3 different dates to salesperson who responded by saying "talking with his team" (yesterday 3/1/25).. Deposit made on 2/28/25 , date of purchase and at request of salesperson , but subject to a firm delivery date. I do not know if failure to give delivery dates is a mancini preference for returning my deposit..

But not having a delivery date is not complying with sales contract and deposit given.

Why is it that there is no firm delivery date still?

I do not know why "owner" does not give his name nor why he/she will not step in per his written response to help, by giving me a firm delivery date so that his sales contract can be performed on as agreed.

salesperson jackson says he works thur fridays and i am not going to wait until he returns to work next week to get a firm delivery date...

Owner offered to help , to get date, to get this done but has not and as i said, still has not responded to my asking for his/her name and contact number.

This is going in the wrong direction for a successful promised...

I walked into the new MS on Broadway in Oakland a couple months ago and was blessed to have been helped by Cheryl. This woman must’ve seen the pain on my face and she sprung into action, assessing my sleep position, what areas of my body were painful or stiff, and what my budget range was.

She showed me the mattress I had researched (and slept on once before) but also all the other options appropriate for my sleep style. I had her undivided attention and years of experience. I learned I had been sleeping on the wrong mattresses all my adult life due to zero guidance—just pressure tactics—from previous mattress salesmen. None of that with the lovely Cheryl! She’s like your wise auntie who always gives you the best advice.

Well, she introduced me to a gorgeous all-cotton mattress WITH a massage frame, perfect for my so sore back, and I bought it that day and had it in my home a couple days later. And she hooked me up!!! She talked about paying things forward… I def received the benefit of her kindness, and MS’s sales!!

Jackson is a consummate professional. I needed a new mattress and went to a known competitor that I’ve used before. They said that they had the mattress in stock that I had decided on , and so I called to order it. They checked and now said that they won’t have my mattress for a month! They wanted me to pay for it up front , to hold the great deal I was “getting”. I decided to call Mancini’s. Not only did they have the exact mattress, they honored the competitors price and even beat it by a considerable amount ! Literally the next day I had my new mattress set up in my room and my old mattress was removed. When I initially called Mancini’s, Jackson listened to my needs , he worked within my budget, and delivered on all expectations made. I went into the store and finalized everything and I had a great conversation with Jackson. He is a chill, honest, and an overall easy to listen to salesperson.
