Motel 6 Oklahoma City, OK - Airport East — Hotel in Oklahoma City

Been here a week and 3 days had cash for another night. So made a reservation online and boyfriend went down to take care of it and couldn't I had to go so he had to wake me up. Get to front desk and she asked me "Are you angry with me?" I said "Yes I am now here's everything for another night on our room." I mentioned make me report you again. She gets on phone talk her language hangs up does stuff on tablet asked if have a dog. Well duh you've seen us with him since been here. You want same room or different. Well duh same room everything works unlike the first 3 nights stayed. First 3 nights stayed had no fridge, no microwave and TV didn't work first 2 nights the girl at front desk moves us to a different room for our 3rd night and it's NON-SMOKING come on now we smoke so why move us from a smoking to a NON-SMOKING ROOM. So finally our week was good til had to deal with the girl again to pay for 1 more night with a reservation made. And they haven't compensated me with nothing on any of these issues. Try to make it seem like I'm getting a good deal on a room but really I'm not. I've already contacted Customer Care and also he Better Business Bureau. Was Told to call the Motel 6 had issues at and talk to Manager/Owner people who answer phone won't let me gét in touch with that Manager. Always told in a meeting. I called the number directly from the website for that particular hotel. When I called, a looped recording had me repress for the same option 6-7 times, after hanging up and going through the whole process again, a woman finally answered, said they had plenty of rooms and that with the senior discount it would be $43.00. When we got there the guy said that I must’ve called the wrong number, seriously, 😡 I clicked the call button on THEIR website. He told us the room was $70.00 for seniors. Whatever, it was late we were done traveling for the day. When we got into the room it was clean. They had done some redecorating, however they painted over a bathroom door that clearly needed to be replaced as it was separating and broken at the bottom. The only thing covering the bed were the sheets and a very thin bedspread. It was in the lower 30’s outside. The heater was so loud it woke us up when it turned on. I had a problem connecting to the free Wi-Fi as well. There were only FIVE cars in the entire parking lot and STILL the Internet was so slow I was never even able to load Facebook. I called the front desk to ask about the Wi-Fi and went through the looped phone message again trying to reach someone. When we spoke to the front desk about getting some money back because the heater woke us up all night they said they would, “see what they could do.” They also said we should have told them that night and they would have given us a new room, however, we had been driving for 15 hours that day and it was already 9:00pm. i dont usually take the time out to do this bc i dont think it usually matters but on monday i paid for a week at tweaker ville where they tweakers living there for free bc their the house keeping who they give access to my room. they dont have a do not disturb sign bc i dont need it bc we dont use towels or their trash cans we bring our own, and bc i dont trust anyone espesially tweakers with my thousabnds of nike shoes and clothes just bc they do dont mean i do. we only stayed 3 nights bc the owners was digging in the trash taking pics and then sent the tweaker to bang on my door at 10pm while my kids were sleeping for school. told me my owner wants you hes bby the trash and i walk over to be yelled at like a child so i said im leaving this is insane i said what right does she have to bang on my door while my kids are sleeping and to go into my room when i dont trust her so me and my kids packed up the room took pics took picks bc their scantless. and as were doing this at 11 pm their tweaker room service womens was sweeping the side walk and then the street. we loaded up the car called around this one was the cheapest

im shocked. this is beyond the nicest hotel ive ever seen and its the chapeast one for weekly rate

im beyond happy even tho we paid for a week at tweaker ville and only stayed 3 nights and then had to pay here it was worth it
