This is the worst experience I have ever seen in my life the food was so gross and so bad I had just picked up my little cousin from coming back from LA she was on the street there and she love Jack in the Box so I decided to stop and it cost me $25 s and the food was so tough that it cracked my front tooth when I've been into the French fry I also contacted management they would not give me my money back when I brought back the receipt and the food they would not give me my money they would not do anything they would not do anything at corporate they never made this right the food was so nasty and gross that I could not eat it again I will state I brought it back with the receipt and they would not take the food back they would not give me my money back they would not do anything even after they said they would so they stole my $25 as I left their food with them and then I called their corporate who's in lied to me like a dog this is the worst company they about killed many many people with their botulism poisoning or whatever it was that they did here while back it was children that died here in Oklahoma of all places I told her I did not want to eat there but we did our we tried and we could not even get our money back for the rank nasty food that they served us I will never purchase there again I would be a fear of my life because this place is nasty gross and no wonder they kill people with their negligence on botulism I will never ever even drive by there again and anybody that ask about Jack in the Box in Oklahoma they will get told exactly how the management have a corporate and how everybody did us and we will never never eat there again and nobody we know will either we have told over 25 people and I hope this gets out good and everybody knows do not eat here if you do it may be...

But 15 cars was after me and they left me standing out in the cold waiting for my food that I had ordered and so I went back up to the window asking about my food which I was already standing out here 15 mins already waiting they told me it would be another 15 mins before I could get my food. So I asked for my money back cause I am cold the guy that is working his name is Deonte was very rude and the manager knows that I was standing out here waiting on my food and But he asked for my receipt knowing he is the one that gave me my drink and took my money when I first placed the order in the first place and so he knows that I had not gotten my food yet. Then after I handed him my receipt and he starts getting on the computer screen to get my money back which it took him about 5 mins to do that then he opens up the window and says are you sure you don't want your food instead it is ready now. So he was just stalling me on getting my money back till they had my food ready and of course I said no thank you I just want my money back. I am paying just like every one else is just because I have walked up there to the window I have to wait till there was no more cars inline before they would make my order. But they was quick to take my money even when there was cars in line behind me. My recent visit to this Jack in the Box was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the service was subpar and unacceptable.
Upon entering the drive-through, I encountered numerous issues. The attendant continuously attempted to provide me with the wrong order despite my clear instructions, displaying a concerning lack of attention to detail. Furthermore, they rushed me through the line without consideration for accuracy or customer satisfaction.
The situation escalated when the attendant failed to return my credit card and receipt. Despite making multiple attempts to contact the store using the provided phone number, my calls went unanswered, leaving me stranded and frustrated. Even when a family member arrived with photographic ID to retrieve the card, the lack of a manager on the premises and the attendant's inability to provide accurate information regarding the store's phone number only added to the chaos.
As a result of this incompetence, I was forced to alter my plans and return to the store after dropping off my children at the state line. This experience was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable.
I urge Jack in the Box to address these issues promptly and implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers deserve better treatment and service quality.
