This location is TRASH! I ordered the taco supreme party pack which is advertised as $20.49 and I asked for them to be half soft tacos and half crispy due to my children having different preferences. I was charged for the $18 regular party pack plus an extra $4.20 for soft tacos and an extra $4.20 for hard shell. I paid almost $35 for 12 tacos! When I asked the employee working the drive thru about my charges he said it was because I wanted half soft and half crispy. Almost $9 extra just for different tortilla shells? Ok. So I called the location store and asked to speak to the manager. The man that answered the phone claimed that he was one of the managers and I told him I had a complaint and was curious as to what manager I was speaking with to know exactly who was handling my bad experience. This person said âUm who is this?â To which I replied my name and again explained that I was just a customer wanting to make a complaint and I was just curious as to who I was speaking too. This person said they were uncomfortable telling me their name, and refused to let me know who i was speaking with. No big deal, so I said I would come in and make my complaint in person so that I would know exactly who I was speaking too. This person replied that they still would refuse to tell me their name and Iâll never know because their uniform doesnât require a name tag and then hung up on me. Which is actually funny because on page 9 in the Taco Bell handbook, it states that all employees and managers do indeed require a name tag as part of their uniform. They were very rude and completely unprofessional, and acted strange and not like a manager of a business at all. I called corporate for a further complaint because apparently speaking to an actual manager was not going to happen. Corporate is handling my issues, and I will be speaking to the district manager about their employees and customer service skills as well as the type of people they have running...
Read moreHire more staff please fast food shouldnât take an hour to fill. Nor should your staff feel the need to apologize that theyâre understaffed. As a former fast food worker I understand the struggle of working a 5 person job with half the staff necessary to do so, with that being said do better Taco Bell. Itâs not their fault your business models not supporting a full staff. Perhaps pay them comfortable wages and give better benefits, Iâve heard thatâs how you keep a full staff and you have plenty of business to support the wage increase if you can rebrand. Not sure how though bc Your foods trash. If it werenât the only option available rn Iâd have chosen a different chain to get dinner at. Tbh I didnât think I could dislike this chain anymore outside of the instant Hershey squirts guaranteed upon consumption but not staffing your stores AND over working your ppl tops the cake. Stop rebranding, the bell was fine, allocate those marketing funds back into your staff and you will certainly see a drive in business, itâs business basics 101. A happy staff = a booming business. Changing the store colors can only do so much when the food literally gives people explosive diarrhea, your staffs tired and theyâre...
Read moreWent here to eat, cuz it was the only.place.open at 2:30am. Ordered the new cheesy chipotle chalupa combo (asked for steak instead of beef). Wanted to order the new crispy dipping flautas box, but said they were, surprise surprise, out of the flautas Ordered a soft taco and a beefy 5-layer burrito with extra sour cream instead. Pull out of the drive-thru and checked our order...the chalupa had beef instead of steak. Went back thru and made them make it right....only gave me ONE of the TWO chalupa. The crunchy taco that came with the combo was in the BOTTOM of the bag!!!!! Get home and the taco was all broken up....surprise surprise!!! The steak chalupa had sour cream instead of the creamy chipotle sauce and there cheese blend instead of the cheddar cheese. The beef chalupa had the correct sauce and cheese, but sauce was extremely spicy. My beefy 5-layer tasted funny....like the sour cream was expired.... EXTREMELY. My fiance woke up 5hrs later, throwing up. Once he was done getting sick....I started to get sick. Sounds like we got food poisoning from this location.....will NOT be eating here ever again!!!! Even if it's the ONLY thing open, I would rather...
