The employees are horrible and food is gross! A cashier by the name of Porscha rang up i gave her a $100 bill but i actually gave her a $20. She didnt know basic math so she brought her phone out to use the calculator. My boyfriend asked me what was going on and she interrupted me speaking to him saying "Dont talk to me. Im doing math. Get the f* away from me!" This was while we were still at the register. She was going to give me too much change but i corrected her. When I requested my receipt, the cashier rolled her eyes and walked away. I told the manager on duty about this but he did nothing so I wrote a survey on the back of the receipt. A manager by the name of Tanja called me and told me that she would replace my meal. When I went in there with my children and my boyfriend , Tanja (manager) replaced my meal then spoke to my boyfriend in front of other people telling him that "he is patronizing the company and that he is no longer allowed at Burger King." She even stated that she spoke to corporate minutes ago. There is no corporate office that is open on Sunday. The management including employees are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional at this location. Look at the reviews and see for yourself. Read moreIt's approximately 10:45 this evening. Stopped by Burger King near enough to our home to run here late at night to eat, off I 240 in Oklahoma City. This is literally the 8th time we've come here and not been able to get what we wanted. The restaurant closes at midnight but we were just told that the grill was already shut down for the night. Why would it be that for an hour and 45 minutes people cannot get anything to eat when they have the expectation that they can eat till just before midnight? The times we've come in and been told that they don't have something like the veggie burger, or that the grill is broken, or that the soda machine isn't working? One store cannot possibly have this many problems! There's something fundamentally wrong with the organization here, I'm guessing that's it's mainly the management and the employees. Read moreThe manager, Kristen, absolutely needs to get re-training. She's rude. She ignored me when I was trying to get my order corrected her team messed up. I was talking to her calmly simply requesting a refund for the items. She insisted I come up to the restaurant to just have the items replaced. Not all of us have the gas money to be spending to get corrected what shouldn't have been wrong in the first place. That's a waste of my gas and my time. I didn't get my items or money. I finally had to contact corporate just to get my refund. They gave me credit instead. This Burger King is surely well on it's way to closure.
