Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Olathe — Hotel in Olathe

Stayed here from the 12th to the 14th The front desk clerks were very nice every encounter I had with them They always very friendly and had a smile Plus helpful

I did have an issue with the breakfast server on the morning of the 13th I told her I got a free breakfast because of my work company She told me that “ I believe you but I have to double check “ It was odd because talking to my other coworkers no one else had an issue so not sure why it was such a hassle. She never came back to let me know what she found out and I Sat and waited I even had my menu pushed away to make indicate I was ready to order she passed by I again smiled to indicate I was ready to order she just said “ one minute” I waited again until I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave for work and ended up just getting BK because I couldn’t trust she would be able to get my food in a timely manner it was very frustrating because I sitting there for 20 minutes and never even got a drink. It seems like it was a staffing issue as the server seemed over whelmed and needing help with her tables. Another complaint about the food situation is that apparently they had a breakfast buffet and only one person in our group was aware of this We all agreed that they didn’t have any signs indicating this And the server sure didn’t mention it.

Luckily this was my only disappointment on the trip. The rooms were very clean The Tv,shower, and microwave worked great The thermostat though didn’t really cool down the room but it was still a nice temp over all.

I would recommend staying here as it’s right by the interstate and many fast food/ restaurant close by Plus a gas station Based on my interaction I would not recommend eating...

Hello there! I am staying here for a work trip, nearly 3 weeks at this point and this is my honest opinion about this stay:

Pros: Professional, friendly, cordial, and helpful staff. Everyone from housekeeping to guest services, and reception desk have been amazing and made me and my coworkers feel welcomed and at home (As much as one can after 3 consecutive weeks). Breakfast is deliciously well prepared, their BLT for dinner is delicious, house keeping kept my room immaculately clean, bed made often, toiletries & towels daily tended to, comfortable bed, great view from de soccer fields and quite refreshing watching the families coming and going while they practice, blackout curtains (I can’t praise you all enough for that!), and good size tv. The location is great with a nice greenway nearby, fast food services, and good options for quick and delicious meals from Johnny’s Tavern & the Rub BBQ.

Cons: their automated motion sensor controller is a pain in the butt and woke me up a few times sweating due to the AC being on stand by. Annoying thing Marriott group, but your staff will award you 5 stars.

In sum, this has to be my best ever stay in a hotel, and I would like to recognize specially Stephanie (Assistant manager), Halley (Receptionist) John (Kitchen/ restaurant), and Mercy (House keeping) as I’ve mainly interacted with them, but the entire staff deserves a standing ovation 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I’ve been working from out of state on and off for the past month. I have stayed here every stay and it is by far very welcoming as can be. The coffee is hot and ready when I leave in the mornings. Johnathan is the morning chef and will go out of his way to get you anything to eat even if it’s not on the menu (as long as it’s feasible). Great person. Great MORNING person.

Kevin the bartender is a fantastic person who makes sure there is always water in your glass and asks if you would like another cocktail before you need to ask him. Great people person and can talk sports in every category.

Maggie another bartender is phenomenal. Knows how to stay busy during slow times weather it’s polishing the wine glasses, cleaning the bar and tables, keeping the dishes clean, etc.

Front staff personnel is very friendly.

Shout out to one of the top managers. Hispanic male who was walking around yesterday with a bottle of cleaner and a rag and cleaning every touch/ contact point in all the public areas.

I would be punished if this place was booked solid while I tried to make reservations. Thank you very much to all the people involved for making this hotel my #1...
