Burger King — Restaurant in Olathe

This may be the worst Burger King in America Folks. Avoid this place at all costs. The employees are just lifeless and depressed ALL THE TIME. The lobby is closed...."all the time". And forget about getting fresh/hot food.

Decided to try this location once again, (it had been about 6 months). Ordered an impossible whopper meal and also a King Bacon meal.

My Whopper was room temperate with brown lettuce, no onion and no tomatoes. And there was also NO mayo. The fries were cold and "old" as well. You know when you can tell that your fries have been sitting? Yeah....those.......yuck!

My partner opened his King Bacon Burger and there was NO bacon on it. I kid you not there was no bacon on it. The onion rings he got were actually tasty. Our drinks tasted like battery acid however.

Whoever owns this location needs to fire the entire staff.......shut it down and regroup with people who actually want to work. It may take some time but you can indeed find a group who will be thankful to be employed.

The employees at this location are just so ANNOYED to even be there and you can tell immediately at the drive thru when they speak to you. Just terrible.

I get that's it's fast food and not a dream job but have some PRIDE in everything you do in life. Life is beautiful no matter what you happen to be doing....Know it and cherish it. Last note here: We spent $25.00 for this order and definitely got a refund.

We ended up going to Longhorn and getting 2 burgers that were absolutely amazing! Fresh made to order and great service. Our bill was $10.00 more than Burger King.....which is an entirely...

I have never in my life experienced a slower fast food restaurant. Olive Garden is lightning quick in comparison. I arrived here at about 12:05, orded by 12:10. Thought there was a long line, found out that was all the people waiting on their order. As I type this it is 12:41. Im number 78, and they just called 72. There is a group of two men who were here when I arrived, theyare still waiting. After asking, they are nunber 75. They got here 15 minutes before me. They've been waiting for a full hour.

Now, I hate to pull this card... but I have worked in fast food before. I simply do not understand what could possibly take them an hour+ to make me a single whopper meal. I would think short staffed, but I see no fewer than 4 people working at once. The pace of their work, however, is as if they are about five joints in, at a 3am overnight. The pace is so, hilarious slow and lazy, im amazed anyone is getting their food at all.

I still haven't got my food, but the family next to me did, and apparently the fries are completely cold. Well, I just got my number called. I thought the food was finally ready, but no. They had lost my order, and were asking for my receipt so they could confirm my sides!! Are you kidding me? The disorganization and lack of motivation for anything at this establishment is simply astonishing.

12:48 now. I got my food. Good riddance. Im sticking with...

I went to this Burger King this morning. I ordered 6 French toast sticks. They were so undercooked I couldn't even finish them. When I called back, after 4 attempts, someone finally answered. I explained to her that my food was undercooked. She said I would have to go back to the store to get replacement. I let her know that I don't live in the area and I was just passing through and asked to be mailed coupons. She said, "You'll have to come in to get free food." Then she hung up! I would not recommend this store. The service was subpar. Save yourself the time and energy. This happened around 945a and it wasnt busy when we stopped by. There's no excuse for the poor service.

Update to 3 stars: Travelled out of my way to go back to this location to request a refund. The gentleman, Dwayne, assisted me and was very pleasant. From what I could see, there wasn't an actual manager on duty but he called one OTP, Novia. She helped him assist me. I'm happy. Unhappy with whomever I spoke to this morning. But resolved with Dwaynes...
